This delightful 2-bedroom with office, open floor plan, large kitchen, beautiful outdoor space offers a superb stay for guests. The large primary suite has a king bed and 5 piece bath with soaking tub and large walk in shower. The 2nd bedroom offers a queen bed next to 3/4 bath and large office with 2 twin pull out beds, so guests can relax in comfort. Enjoy the convenience of your own private Saltwater Pool and Hot Tub and watch the sunset in your large lanai, outside is 1/2 Pool bath and outdoor TV with WiFi, Blackstone grill, lounge chairs, table for 4 and large lounge area. Whether you're here for work or play, this property has everything you need for a fabulous stay. Monthly stays will include a Golf Membership for 2, community workout facility, Tiki Bar, Pickleball, Tennis Courts and Dog park, all located just around the corner. In all our rentals over the years this home was exceptional. We have never witnessed a home as well stocked with everything you need. All you need to do is bring clothes. There is even two sets of golf clubs available. The home was well decorated and clean. The lanai with pool and spa was such a joy and quiet as there is a conservation area behind the home and within a Cul De Sac. Wonderful outside area for barbecue and dinner. The country club is fabulous with large pool, spa and Tiki bar restaurant (try the tacos). Golf course and gym were a great asset to this rental with Atlanta Braves stadium, Wellen Park town and plenty of things to do in the area. We could keep talking, but will finish with how attentive and nice the Host / Owner was to us. Special place to unwind and relax.

I love Wellen Park because of the vibrancy in the area. Live Music, sports (Atlanta Braves Spring Training facility is down the street), Farmer's Markets galore, shopping, and many outdoor activities just minutes away. I decided on Wellen Park Golf and Country Club because of the amenities and the flexibility of being able to rent my home when I am in Colorado. I love the tiki bar, the pickelball courts, dog park, work out area because it feels like I am living in a resort and I love it!

My home is in a small cul-de-sac, near all of the amenities. The backyard faces toward the west and I am able to enjoy the beautiful sunsets that Florida has to offer. The large covered Lanai allows you to spend most of the day outside or enjoy watching movies at night while soaking in the Salt Water pool/hottub. My home is my happy place and I just want to share it with you.
