This immaculate home, located in the quiet community of Englewood, is just minutes away from the beaches, golf, marinas, shopping and nearby Venice Beach (the shark tooth hunting capital).
Villa de las Palmas, is our vacation dream come true. It has been furnished by a professional interior designer and while looking like a page from a magazine it remains a cozy and welcoming home.

I have always said, 'I don't want to vacation anywhere that is not as nice as MY HOME'. I believe we have accomplished that here at Villa de la Palmas.

The very large and private Master on suite has a king bed, separate sitting/reading area, heated (salt water) pool access, walk-in closet and 5 piece bathroom including a jetted spa tub, double sinks and large Roman walk-in shower. Robes and extra towels and sheets provided.

The other two guest bed room give you maximum privacy being located on the other side of the home with the main bath located between them. This part of the house has it's own, private entrance. One bedroom has a queen bed and double closet. The other bedroom has two twin beds and a walk in closet. All bedrooms have new high quality luxury linens and robes.

The kitchen has beautiful granite counters, stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar, all new kitchen utensils and small appliances. Including vitamix/food processor and air fryer. It is open to the dining area and
great room. All rooms have a chic style with a touch of the tropics.

The covered lanai is the perfect place for a quiet breakfast. While having your morning coffee you can look over the glistening salt water heated pool, listen to the sounds of the water fall and enjoy the birds and wild life in the tropical woodland behind you. A very quiet and private backyard.

If this tranquil setting appeals to you, you have found your next 'home away from home'.

Great house, great location

Very nice, spacious, 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath. Heated pool. Only about a mile to Dearborn Street, which has quite a few restaurants an shops. Owner answered all my questions quickly and was very easy to work with.

Englewood Paradise!

We loved our 3-week August stay at Villa de las Palmas! The house is located in a peaceful neighborhood and is gorgeous both inside and out with everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable get-away. The very private pool was fantastic and used daily! We rode the bikes provided to the local Lemon Bay park to see tortoises. The house is just a few blocks away from plenty of restaurants and bars in Old Englewood. The owners are very friendly, helpful and quick to respond. Highly recommended!

PERFECT piece of paradise!!

From the moment we pulled up to the property, it was perfect!! Located in a quiet and quaint neighborhood. Absolutely loved the home. Beautiful decor and very clean. I can't say enough about this home. My family made great memories during our week stay. Playing in the pool and relaxing!! Much needed.

Great Family Vacation!

Our family had a great week here! The pool was a hit with our kids. Plenty of pool towels, dishes, pot and pans. It had everything you needed. There is a shop vaccum to get all the sand out of the car. Not to far from the beach. We had a great stay!

Nice house- nice vacation.

The property was nice and spacious. The pool was nice as well. One of my only complaints was that the “pool girl” was very unpleasant and rude when she arrived. The renters info stated that the pool person would be there on Wednesday or Thursday. She arrived on Wednesday around 6pm-we were all outside lounging when she came to the back screen door of the lanai. I had to unlock it for her in which she said “you really need to keep this unlocked or the pool will turn green”. I told her that we were only there for a week and were expecting her! For our safety we didn’t feel comfortable leaving a door unlocked. She said that in that neighborhood I “shouldn’t have to worry about that” and that the renter’s info sheet must be “wrong and outdated because she usually comes on a Tuesday” again-it’s Wednesday the day the sheet stated. She must not have a family or kids-I had my 3 children there plus one of their friends..I would never leave a door unlocked that had direct access to the pool and house. She left a card there stating that she tested/added chemicals and that she had brushed/swept the pool. She didn’t sweep or brush anything. The front door only has a deadbolt lock-nothing on the knob itself so that made me a little uneasy as well-not a deal breaker-I just wedged a chair under the knob every night before bed. I did not get a message to the owners but really wanted to let them know how rude she was and the type of advice she’s giving to renters. (She has no idea what someone has been through and how safe someone else feels) But I do think they’d understand keeping an outside screen door locked while vacationing in a another state with your family. So overall great house with all the amenities needed for cooking meals and dining at home. Easy check in- and minutes from Englewood beach which we really enjoyed. Would definitely rent again.

Wonderful Stay!

Beautiful home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely home. The neighborhood might be described as "funky" but we came to love the location. We frequently walked to "downtown Englewood" and its shops, restaurants and great Thursday farmers market. The property manager was very responsive when we had questions. The home is very well maintained and we would definitely return!

Perfect for families

My family (myself,husband & 2 boys as well as my parents) stayed here for a week. Upon arrival the place was very clean, spacious and met every need! The layout of the home was wonderful! The kitchen had plenty of dishes, utensils and cookware! My husband LOVED the gas grill! Our favorite part was the pool & lanai area- we enjoyed ice cream & games at the comfortable outdoor seating there almost every day! If we ever return to this area in the future we would certainly rent this property again! Thanks for the fun!

Relaxing stay !!

Georgia has a beautiful home! We really enjoyed our stay for the month of January 2019. The set up of this home is so functional and it is in a quiet neighborhood close to everything. We would rent this gorgeous home every year..... if we could! We loved our stay and wanted to say thank you for the mid-stay cleaning. One thing I will mention: we were traveling with an elderly couple and they noted that grab bars in the bathtub/shower unit would be helpful to have. Other than that- It was wonderful !!!
