Parking was terrible due to the snow, which was out of my control my apologies, please elaborate what amenities you were expecting outside of what is listed in the listing ?

The rental had numerous steps that we were not aware of. Individuals with physical limitations would not have been able to negotiate this number of steps. The rental was across the street from a state prison & we were not aware of this fact. The neighborhood was sketchy at best & appeared unsafe. The neighborhood traffic was loud into the wee hours of the morning. The rental was not supplied with basic amenities - washcloths, drying towels for dishes, etc. Bedrooms lacked nightstands & lamps. The only lighting was overhead can lighting, which was much too bright at bedtime. Water leaks occurred in two bedrooms & the owner was updated on the situation. Nothing tangible or visible was done to address this issue. No options or solutions were offered either. At least a reduce in the rental price could have been offered. I believe a full disclosure of the neighborhood in which this rental is located should be provided to future rental clients. Several suggestions were shared with the host that I hope will be helpful.
