This home offers country-living in the city. It’s on a private cul-de-sac, yet less than 5 minutes from shopping and dining and easy access to the interstate. The neighborhood is quiet and isolated for those who want a peaceful home, but is located in the perfect spot to still be able to hit the town if that's more your style!

This property is full of secret gems, starting with the fact that it's within walking distance of Joe Davidson Park (see photos for map). A short hiking trail down the road will take you straight to the park, the perfect place to spend an afternoon.
Directly up the street is St. Mark's Church. St. Marks is a community staple, and for those who enjoy a sermon on Sundays, you may even decide to walk to church one morning to soak in the sun.
Located within 1 minute of the nearest shopping/restaurant scene and only a 5 minute drive to Elon University, this is the home for you no matter what your plans are!
