The house is amazing. Great amenities, everything is new and clean. Nice deck. Rain showers were great. Having a gated parking spot was huge. Great deli down the street that we ate at every day. The third floor has it's own kitchen which was nifty. Would love to stay there again.

The property was just as advertised...beautiful, stylish, comfortable and accessible. The communication with the host was excellent. From check-in to check-out, things could not have gone more smoothly. Our family vacation included our grandsons and it can be difficult to impress young people but they were. A really beautiful spot. The beds were a little hard and sheets are not the softest but all the finishings were beautiful and clean. The area is central but the street corner did not feel the safest at night. Day time was fine to me. Cute little coffee shop within walking distance. There were some homeless people around and the back alley way is dirty like any big cities I think. Overall, for the price we really enjoyed our stay. The home is large enough to accommodate our large party and our stay was comfortable enough. We would stay again.

Room cost was 750. Add on fees was 600 - that wasnt nice. Beds and pillows were uncomfortable. Neighborhood is extremely sketchy and dirty. very urban and loud. Very low hot water capacity so you have to take quick showers and take turns. Bring your own shampoo and soaps because the stuff they provide is a lot to be desired. Other than that, Host was extremely nice and communicative.

We pulled up to the driveway in the back only for it to be filled with old garbage. So much garbage that the security door couldn't close (read on and you'll see why you really want it to close). we could barely get our car into it. Rats and flys infested it. Trash littered everywhere. It appeared to have been there for quite a while, given the flies and rats. Wife and daughters weren't thrilled.Inside was clean, but smelled like garbage. We turned on the downstairs mini-split A/C unites and they smelled like fragranced garbage.We had zero hot water, and then we went back and saw that there were previous reviews that had problems with the hot water, so this was a known issue that they just don't want to fix. And this wasn't an issue of not having an abundance of hot water, this was zero hot. ice cold that never warmed up from any faucet.Top floor exterior glass door doesn't lock, which is a problem for this neighborhood. I had to call 911 in the middle of the night because of a street fight, and random screaming people, but to the cops credit they showed up pretty quick and dispersed them. Location being across from a liquor store does not help.As soon as daylight came, we left and checked out. Demanded a refund of the remaining nights given the conditions, but you can guess how that's going. Having to handle this with VRBO which is a process.Avoid this one at all cost. Should be de-listed.

The place is beautiful and served us very well. The only issue we had is that the TV did not work due to NO power cord. i called the day we arrived but they never resolved the problem.
