Sounds like a week of great weather and great memories! I LOVE that you commented on the Yetis! Those are a new addition this year and I was hoping guests would appreciate them as much as I would at a rental. Thanks for the pictures too! it always helps future renters to see that they're actually getting the real thing. Hope to have you back again!

We are so glad you loved the house and the views! We find them amazing also. We can't wait to have you back again as you were great guests.

Hi Susan-We are glad you chose our place to vacation this summer! We'll let maintenance know about the walkway, thanks for letting us know! We love our family time down there. So glad you had the same experience. We don't have a paddleboard offered although maybe we should consider that for the future. Donna is great! We couldn't do it without her. Hope to have you back again. Maureen & Family

It’s disheartening to receive a review like this, especially since the guest reached out only after checkout. Had we been contacted during the stay, we would have been more than happy to address any concerns right away. For example, the toilet issue was resolved within 15 minutes once we were made aware, and the freezer concern appears to have been related to a door track that was not damaged prior to the guest’s arrival. As for the nails on the deck, this is something we could have immediately sent our maintenance team to fix, and we always recommend wearing shoes or flip-flops outdoors for safety. We take great pride in caring for our home and providing a positive experience, as reflected in 13 years of consistently strong reviews. We hope future guests will feel reassured knowing we are responsive, attentive, and committed to making every stay enjoyable.

Hi Erica, we are so glad memories were made and that you had a great time! We are looking forward to having you back again Maureen & family

Thanks for the review! We are so glad you enjoyed having some of the little extras that make the stay easier. We do mention that this is a duplex in the description but we also mention so much other things that are included it sometimes gets glazed over. We hope to have you with us again! Maureen & family

Matt & family, Thank you for the review! We know there are lots of homes to choose in Topsail and we are glad you picked ours. All of your restaurant selections are our favorites too. Next time try Splash by the Sea right next door! We hope to have you back next summer to try out our new hot tub being installed next week! Thanks Maureen

Hi Julia and family, We are very glad you had a fun time with your family and that it was truly relaxing. Donna is always so great about responding right away so we are glad you found that helpful also. We can always arrange for rental beach towels from the linen service if you request that. We would love to have you again! Thanks for the great review Maureen & Family
