This space is a private walk-up apartment in a well-appointed folk victorian home in the historic district of downtown Abingdon. This property is centrally located within sight and easy walking distance of the Abingdon Farmers' Market and multiple restaurants - including The Peppermill, Greeko's Grill & Cafe, Delta Blues BBQ and a great coffee shop called Rendezvous International Cafe. Note: Entry to the building requires going through a rear door and walking up one flight of stairs.

Features include a king-sized bed with memory foam mattress, large walk-in closet, a fully equipped kitchen with quartz countertops, full private bath with tub/shower combo and private washer/dryer.

Living room features a double recliner loveseat, electric fireplace, large Samsung Smart TV with Roku streaming device, blazing fast wireless internet speeds (wifi) perfect for streaming. Log in with your Hulu / Netflix / Amazon Prime account for streaming content.

We are focused on providing our guests with the best of southern hospitality so you can have an enjoyable, comfortable stay in Abingdon. We provide many extra amenities for the best possible experience, including:

Full apartment in a great location

This unit was not only clean, it appeared to be brand new. It’s hard to tell from the photos, but this is a full sized apartment with high quality appliances. Another plus, that cushy sofa in the living room are actually two recliners, which we appreciated after a long day on a bike.

This property is within easy walking distance of nearby coffee shops, restaurants, the Abingdon Farmers' Market - and many more area amenities! The area is very walkable, with Plumb Alley being immediately adjacent to our private parking lot - which allows you to zip around town easily and safely!

Recently remodeled and updated, exceptionally clean space with safe, on-premises parking. Very fast internet, excellent location! We know that cleanliness, a safe environment and convenient location is important to use when we travel - and this is what we focus on delivering to our guests at our hosted locations.
