The Space:

This beautifully updated Cape Cod getaway offers modern comfort with a classic coastal feel. Featuring two bedrooms—one with a king bed and another with two twin beds—plus a queen pullout couch in the living room, this home comfortably sleeps six. The full bathroom includes a tub/shower combo, and the kitchen is equipped with brand-new stainless steel appliances, a drip coffe maker and a dining table that seats six.



The living spaces in this home offer a perfect blend of comfort and style, with hardwood and tile floors throughout. The inviting living room features a queen pullout couch, a loveseat, and a flat-screen Smart TV mounted above the gas fireplace, creating a warm and relaxing atmosphere. The home has been completely refreshed with new paint, refinished floors, updated light fixtures, and recessed lighting, enhancing its bright and modern feel.

Bring your furry friends, two dogs are allowed. $50 per dog per stay. Dogs must be at least one year old, sorry no puppies!



No sweat on accidental & reported damage! Your rental includes an accidental reported damage waiver fee up to a maximum of $800. The cost to repair any accidental and reported damage to the rented property including any missing or broken items up to a maximum of $800 will be covered at no charge to you as long the damage is reported to your Host before you depart. Pet damage does not fall under the accidental damage waiver.
