This is a lovely space to stay. The house feels bigger and airier on the inside than it looks from the outside and the updates to the living space are much appreciated. We used the hot tub every evening we were there right after sunset and watched the moon slide past Venus over the course of our stay. It is just a 3 minute walk to the historic downtown, and we’re able to walk into multiple different restaurants for dinner without reservations in the middle of summer. We enjoyed the whole stay and would choose to stay at this property again in the future

This place was perfect for us. 6 guests fit perfectly in this 3 bed/2 bath house. We were there to do some Arroyo Grande wine tasting and with the location walking distance from the Arroyo Grande village, it was perfect. We parked our cars and never used them all weekend. Adorable house and highly recommended!!

Can’t wait to go back!

My family and I absolutely enjoyed our stay here. It has a beautifully updated interior, we took some pics for inspo for our own home :) and the beds were so comfy! They provided a travel crib that our almost two year old actually slept through the night in! Hosts were quick with communication and the walk to downtown was a breeze. One of my favorite parts was the stunning floral arch you walk through to get to the home.

The property is very charming and clean. There were 3 of us and it was a perfect size for us. Many more in our party and there would not be a place for everyone to sit. I would suggest adding some additional comfortable chairs to the living room space. The front porch was very charming with twinkling lights. Although right next to the street, I enjoyed the Victorian front porch to read. There were great restaurants nearby to eat and a great antique store across the street.I would have liked to have been able to park on the property rather than the street. Walking across the gravel lot carrying a suitcase was not so easy. The other option was to come through the front door that would have required still parking on the side street and carrying our luggage up several steps. This space would not work for someone handicapped. Overall, I enjoyed the property for 3 guests and the owner was very responsive to any questions that I had.

Thank you for the feedback! We will take your considerations to heart. For the next time you stay: There are two parking spaces inside the white gate that you can use to park right next to the home if you do not want to park on the street :)

GREAT HOST AND BEAUTIFUL PROPERTY!

My husband, myself, and my 2 children stayed at this property recently. We definitely would come back! The host had clear, prompt, professional, and friendly communication! They even recommended some great beaches and restaurants to us since it was our first time to the area. The property is beautiful with lots of great amenities, clean, easy parking, and great location, being close by several beaches, and great places to eat! We definitely would recommend this property to others!

We had a wonderful two-night stay over the Fourth of July! The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. It was the perfect place to unwind, and we made some great memories during our stay. We’d definitely recommend it and would love to come back!
