Get ready to relax in this 3-bedroom cabin in Long Barn. The bedrooms feature a king bed, a twin bed, and a full bed, ensuring a comfortable stay for all guests. With amenities like WiFi, heating, and a washing machine, your stay will be both pleasant and convenient. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a hair dryer for your convenience. Our place is equipped for both long or short stays to make your holiday one to remember. Recently renovate, 10 min drive to pinecres lake activitie including hikin fishing rent a paddle boats or kayak, watching a movie under the stars at the pinecrest amphitheate. And a horseback riding or a free concert at the Eproson park, swimming pool at the Long Barn Lodge, chicken ranch casino 25 min, away, on the Winter month enjoy a ski weekend at the Dodge Ridge sky resort, slidden outside the property, ice skating at the Long Barn Skating Rink, 2 blocks from the cabin, or just enjoying a movie on the Cabin.

We had a great time, the blizzard was wild and we learned a lot about parking on a long and steep driveway in the snow! Plus who knew that debris from the highway could fly over when the plows went through! But thank goodness for the snow shovel under the house and Laura responded so fast to every message. We loved the beds, the shower, the balcony and the yard too.

Quiet Cute Cabin

The cabin is great for a weekend gateway. Has room for small family. Lots to do just down the street with Pinecrest Lake, the long barn lodge, and Twain Hart mini golf. Nice and quiet place to relax in the woods.

Nice little getaway very quite and beautiful while sitting on the deck

A little steep on the driveway but no problem with a truck. We had enough wood for a fire that kept us warm for the night.

The directions need to be better. I've been to many rentals and I consider myself pretty good at directions, but not only does Google get it wrong, once you somehow make it close to the address, there is no clear indication that you have to basically climb a dirt path - that doesn't even look like a path - to get to the house. We arrived after dark and it took us over 20 minutes to find the property. Please add signage on the street (e.g.a little house number and an arrow) and warn people that geolocation tools may not function properly. Also, I'm not quite sure how a regular car may climb such a steep dirt path with snow. Working on that path a little bit would go a long way.Other than that, we enjoyed our stay, the kitchen was very nicely furnished, and the living area was comfortable, as well as the king bed downstairs. 2 of the 3 mattresses upstairs are springs, which is less than ideal, and there are no curtains at all upstairs. Adding curtains would be a minimum for privacy and to shield from sunlight.

We only stayed in thw cabin at night after day camping. Also the cabin is located right next to a major road, so you will hear and see lights at night. The cabins parking is located up hill(dirt) and its kinda slanted. I recommend having a spotter with a flashlight at night. Also I'm 5'10 230 lbs and the shower was a little small for me. Manageable but small. Overall our stay was good for what it was. I only wish the curtains in the bedrooms were not see-through. That made my kids uncomfortable. Also i hope the host adds some screens on the top windows so the guests are able to open them in summer since it does get hot upstairs.
