Enjoy a peaceful stay at this 2 bedroom 1 bath kitchenette private portion of the main house with a separate entrance (2025 build) and 10' tall ceilings. Take a dip in the 8 person hot tub (currently shared by main house) and relax on the canyon side while enjoying the green mountainous view. Have a meal in your own private kitchenette (has an induction burner) or cook on the BBQ and relax. Or drive 3 minutes (walk 12) to get the bustling street of Adams Avenue with restaurants, bars (live music), or coffee shops.
Property is made up of two single dwelling units (all new construction as of Jan25). This rental is in the back house on the west (left going in) side of the 2 story home. Access to shared laundry under the exterior stairs.
