Located on the second floor with a private entrance (stairs required).

The unit includes:

Washer and dryer are located in the exterior side walkway.

Location is close to the road and it’s very convenient. The room is new and clean, it’s on the second floor. The parking lot is in the yard, very convenient to park. Many grocery stores nearby. The host is very kind, always responding fast. She provides me many cooking sets that I need. The kitchen is full of everything and the refrigerator is big enough to hold many food. The bed is very soft. The living room is spacious. It’s a house you can come again.

Clean and spacious... Beds Not the Most Comfortable

The host was an excellent communicator- she was always available to answer our questions or attend to our needs. The place was clean and organized. The mattresses on the beds were very uncomfortable- it was painful to go to sleep. The kitchen was stocked with small appliances and utensils- but the glassware was limited (2 coffee cups and 3 small glass tumblers). Off-street parking was convenient. The surrounding area was not walkable and there was construction around the place. However, it served our purpose very well-

Everything is accurate in the listing. Great hosts, very communicative and quick to respond. Parking is tricky if your vehicle is larger, but we made it work!

Property was kept up and was the same in person as the photos. Had all the kitchen items to cook (few pots and some trays). Area was quiet and good place to come back to after long days out for rest.
