Welcome to our spacious and comfortable 2-bedroom apartment, equipped with a free washer and dryer, ideal for families, business travelers, or long-term stays.

The unit offers approximately 800 sq ft of living space, including two bedrooms with queen-size beds, one bathroom with a private shower, a fully equipped kitchen, and a comfortable living room.

The unit provides:
• Private entrance
• Located on the second floor, requiring approximately 13 steps
• One compact parking space is provided (small vehicles only); pickup trucks or other large vehicles should use free street parking outside the property (please follow posted street-cleaning signs)

This apartment is a second-floor unit in a duplex, with residents living on the first floor. Please be mindful of noise during your stay.

Staying here was so chill. I took a month long job in Los Angeles and needed a clean place to stay at. Conveniently next to a lot of great Chinese restaurants. Bed was so comfortable. Better than staying at a hotel

Clean and spacious... Beds Not the Most Comfortable

The host was an excellent communicator- she was always available to answer our questions or attend to our needs. The place was clean and organized. The mattresses on the beds were very uncomfortable- it was painful to go to sleep. The kitchen was stocked with small appliances and utensils- but the glassware was limited (2 coffee cups and 3 small glass tumblers). Off-street parking was convenient. The surrounding area was not walkable and there was construction around the place. However, it served our purpose very well-
