Welcome to my cozy home in the heart of east Louisville! This is the perfect place for your Louisville stay. Relax with the whole family in this peaceful place to stay. Makes for a great remote work location! Conveniently located to everything - expressways, shopping, and tons of food! Within walking distance to the quaint neighborhood park.
This home features 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths, and 1 half bath. From the front door, you enter into the great room with an electric fireplace, hardwood floors, and a large picture window. The eat in kitchen offers granite and an island with stainless steel appliances and overlooks the fenced-in backyard with a patio. Before heading upstairs, you’ll also find the half bath. The second floor features four bedrooms and two full baths. There is a one car attached garage and plenty of driveway space.
You will have access to the entire property, with the exception of the storage shed, owner’s closet, and utility closet.
