Luxurious and Stylish Home w/ Open Floor Plan! Safe area. Free Parking

This beautifully renovated and maintained open floor plan house is perfect for your family or group. The dining room opens to a gorgeous new large kitchen with lots of cabinets, counter space and an island. There is both a family room and a living room on the ground floor with smart TVs. The family room has a roll-out cot.

Stairs lead up to the second floor with 3 comfy bedrooms and 2 full baths. The master bedroom is about the size of many hotel suites and has both a queen and a full bed along with its own private 2nd level sunroom. All bedrooms have a small programmable safe 6"W x 5"T x 6"D, privacy door chain locks, smart TV, table fan and mirror. Portable playpen and high chair available upon request.

Driveway has parking for 6 cars and house has keypad smart locks. Back patio has charcoal grill and seating for smoking.

Welcome to the safe and convenient Hikes Point Neighborhood in the East end of Louisville! You will be close to many delicious restaurants and shopping options. The sidewalks in the neighborhood are safe and the roads are low traffic inside the residential area. The location is perfect for the whole family or group. 2 mi to I-264; 3 mi to I-64; 8 mi to I-65; 10 mi to downtown; 9 mi to Churchill Downs; 9 mi to Airport.

Beautiful home

House is beautiful neighborhood is perfect. Stove top 1 burner worked and oven didn't work and the one toilet didn't flush and I communicated that asap but no response. so my food went bad because I couldn't cook it and having to reach in to flush the toilet was not a good experience. But the house is very nice and spacious great for a family good experience

Toilet up stairs did not flush. Poison oak next to the entrance. Sink leaking. Washer broke. Very bad stay.

Perfect space for a group

Loved this place! Lots of space and beds for all. Loved having 2.5 baths. Nice open kitchen. The enclosed upper porch is lovely. Had all we needed for a visit. Easy access and not far from doing everything in Louisville

Quiet neighborhood

This was a nice home, with ample space. In a nice quiet neighborhood in Louisville Kentucky. Plenty of room for sleeping and plenty of room for sleeping and plenty of room for relaxation. So there was plenty of dishware and cooking utensils. Also there was coffee available, and breakfast stuff available along with some treats. The host was very responsive and checked on us a couple times. Which was nice.

Family get together

This was a last minute decision to stay in an vrbo for this trip but everything worked out for us. Location for us was great (close to family) and was very clean. Heard from Chris before we arrived and shortly after to make sure everything was okay. Only had one little issue but communicated this to Chris and we resolved it with no problems. We will definitely keep his house in mind when return next to see family.

Perfect Home Away From Home

We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay during our visit with family. The house was well equipped with items that we didn't even think we would need. Everything worked properly and the combo locks on the front and back doors was very convenient - no keys to worry about. The neighborhood was well maintained and quiet with the house having plenty parking for our guests. We hope to stay there again during future trips to my hometown of Louisville. Ken, Harriet & David

The home is recently renovated, most of the mattresses, pillows and linens are brand new. The house has an open floor plan and the kitchen is absolutely gorgeous.
