Dances with Waves welcomes you to a little piece of paradise. Located on a barrier island, this unique, centrally-located "village" is conveniently located next to beaches, restaurants, shops, golf courses, and so much more. The Villagio is a multi-use complex with only 12 condos. It is situated perfectly with a natural habitat located in the back and a slight view of the Gulf in the front. Please rinse off as much sand as possible before entering the unit. An outdoor rinse shower is located on the East side of Building C.

Check in was quick and easy, condo was clean and stocked, the owner responds quickly to questions. shops, restaurants and beach within walking distance, laid back peaceful family atmosphere, basically my family of 5 had a wonderful weekend!

I have stayed at Perdido many times and this unit exceeded all expectations. I was worried that we would have to walk a long distance to the beach but in fact there was a great entrance just a 2 minute walk from the unit across from Key Concepts Realty. The unit felt lack it was updated recently, and you will not find a better location for restaurants

Amazing property above shopping center!

Me the wife absolutely loved this place. We booked last minute and just so happen to stumble across this gem of a condo... and the trip was absolutely worth it! When we walked in the condo, we did not realize how big the place acrually was, and it was super clean! I was able to easily access the keypad, and anything i needed was taken care of by just calling Mrs. Patty on the phone! If you are looking to book a place in perdido key, you have to book with Mrs. Patty!

The host was very friendly, responsive, and accommodating throughout our stay. Everything was exactly as described, and we felt right at home. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Perdido Key!
