This property is locally owned and managed by us, residents of Rapid City. We respect your privacy and will not be present during your stay, but live in the neighborhood and are readily available to answer any questions you may have. You can expect timely and personal responses directly from us.
New subdivision with houses being built on streets away from property.
The entire house is availabe for you to use except for the storage areas that are locked.
The backyard patio table, chairs and the grill are available now, weather permitting. The landscaping is scheduled to be completed by spring 2026.
Amazing 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom house with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on main floor.
The open and inviting entry way into the kitchen and dining room where you'll find a modern kitchen with plenty of seating and new stainless steel appliances. Enjoy a cup of tea or coffee at the coffee bar. Main floor also has 2 full bathrooms, and 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom boasts an ensuite bathroom.
Each of the beds are outfitted with comfortable bedding, pillows and extra blankets to accommodate most sleeping styles. We also have extra bedding and pillows. In the downstairs bedrooms, we have lots of sleeping capacity for large families/groups with two twin over full bunk beds with a pull out twin trundle in each room.
The lower living room has plenty of comfortable seating capacity so that large groups/families can spread out and enjoy the 65" Smart VIZIO HDTV that are supported by the highest speed WIFI available in the area. There is also a full size foosball table and several board and card games with a game table to play them on in the unfinished portion of the basement.
The kitchen is fully stocked with all the popular utensils and cookware to include a crockpot, duo Keurig coffee maker with traditional coffee pot. Large initial stock of K-cups, sweeteners, and creamers to get you started before you hit the local grocery store. In the warmer months, there is a large propane grill on the backyard patio where you can grill and enjoy the amazing South Dakota sunsets over the Black Hills. There is development ongoing in the subdivision.

To ensure a comfortable and safe stay for everyone, we ask that you please observe the following rules:
No Parties — And We Mean It. Absolutely NO PARTIES, EVENTS, or GATHERINGS are allowed on the property at any time.
The only individuals authorized to be on the property are those guests who are included in the reservation and those who have received pre-approval from us, the owners and managers of the property.
Any unauthorized visitors, regardless of how long they are on the property or if they come in a group or in one’s and two’s, will be treated as overnight guests and may result in additional charges and/or an immediate termination of the booking without refund,
The property is monitored by exterior security cameras and our safety conscious neighbors who help us keep the space safe, comfortable, and enjoyable for everyone — including future guests like you.
Quiet Hours: Please respect our neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m.
No Pets: Due to severe owner allergies, no pets or animals of any kind are allowed on the property, inside or out. A significant sanitization fee will be charged for violations.
No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited in the home and anywhere on the property. A $500 deodorizing fee may be applied if evidence of smoking is found.
Food and Drink: Please confine all eating and drinking to the kitchen and patio areas.
Primary Guest: The person who makes the reservation must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. We do not allow third party bookings.
The primary guest will be required to sign an online rental agreement verifying that they and all the guests will be informed of and abide by these rules during the stay before access to the property will be granted.
