Brand new build with lots of light- fresh and clean, right in the heart of Denver. Start your day with a walk to Rivers and Roads or Hot Shots coffeshop and a stroll through City Park, spend the afternoon exploring Rino, grab dinner at Brasserie Brixton and then drinks after at Yacht Club to finish your day! Private entrance though well-lit alley. Plenty of peace and quiet, perfect for a couple/solo traveler. Well-equipped kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer, 2 smart TVs ,thoughtfully designed with lovely furnishings.

This place is perfect for one or two people! Great kitchen, bathroom, and the bed is comfy. It was nice to be in a less busy place. Our hosts were very responsive. We loved our stay!

This property was newly built or remodeled and very clean. A a couple of restuarants were within walking distance and downtown was a short ride away. I will stay again when I go to Denver.

Cozy, quiet, friendly

This mother-in-law ADU was perfect for meeting up with and old college buddy. The bed and pull out bed were both comfortable. Having a kitchen was a huge plus. It was private, and the owners are extremely responsive. The neighborhood is charming and easily accessible by bus/rail from the airport.

Cozy, sunlit place, elegantly decorated and spacious, not crowded with little knick-knacks like some places are. Comfy bed and pillows, enormous towels, and plenty of closet space with hangers. Kitchen is well-appointed, with basic pantry items provided (coffee, tea, sugar, salt, and pepper). It was very quiet there, so easy to get a good night's sleep. Washer and dryer were clean, as was the whole apartment. There were a couple of little issues, but the owner was super responsive in resolving them. The only criticism I have is that the shower water pressure was weak. But I would definitely stay there again. We took some nice walks in the neighborhood. We liked that there was a well-stocked and friendly little independent market just over a mile away, called Sun Market. For such a small space, they had a surprising variety and many local items.

property was nice and clean. very quiet neighborhood... we visited the botanical gardens and went to a Rockies game while we were there.... I would highly recommend the place if you want it to be in that part of town

Very clean and private space. The owners did a really good job of converting the space into a MIL unit. Modern appliances and good AC.Thoughtful little details like a Brita pitcher in the fridge, you can tell that the owners put serious effort into the maintenance and livability of their unit.Convenient location to RiNo and Downtown Denver, either by scooter, Uber, and closeish to an RTD line.
