Another great stay!

I love the clean bedding promise! The only problem we encountered was we left some things behind in the condo, reported it within the hour we left, and those items were never found.

Best spurge ever!

We have always dreamed of staying in turquoise place. This condo checked every box and made our stay so much more enjoyable! Very clean, the property management was amazing, I would recommend this place highly!!

Great Place!

Beach trip

Beautiful

We loved our stay at Turquoise Place, 1205c. The condo is huge and more than we needed for a family of five however everyone enjoyed their own quiet space. We got a tremendous amount of use out of the grill and hot tub. Some of the best views of the sunrise where seen from our balcony.

Great condo

Always enjoy staying at Turquoise Place! Lovely and spacious condo. Very clean. Only negatives were the grill didn’t seem to function properly and we came prepared to grill burgers and sausage. Also no hand soap in the bathrooms and the toilet paper was terrible. Had to go buy those supplies, which was fine, just didn’t expect that for this level of property. Overall, I would highly recommend staying here!

Maintenance and housekeeping

We had to call maintenance multiple times Living room tv never worked maintenance could t fix Housekeeping arrived while we were bringing in luggage to mop floors this was around 3:30 They mopped around our luggage 2nd maintenance call received text that work was completed and no one ever came as my spouse stayed in room all day

Owners have a gorgeous place that has not been cleaned and I would like to communicate with them

Master bedroom mattress has huge dent on one side. Called liquid life to say patio door to outside did not lock and no one ever came. Remote did not work and needed batteries and notified liquid life and no response until next day after we already went out and purchased batteries. Floors were very dirty as I like to walk barefoot and my feet bottoms were black and I have a photo. No hairdryer. No beach towels like other resorts. No extra toilet paper and none to be provided. Dust at bar area and other areas I could write in (also have photo). Not enough towels for 10 people as advertised. View from balcony was gorgeous.

Disappointed

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Disappointing. Check in was a nightmare. No help, no carts for unloading, no directions. When we arrived in unit the bath whirlpool tub did not work which my wife uses for severe arthritis was out of order and was not fixed. The WiFi did not function and when I called was promised a re pair person would be there at 6:00, but never saw one.The unit itself was not clean. Dirty counters in kitchen and baths, mold in showers, porch floor not cleaned, grill grates were cleaned, but area around grill, especially sink, andgrill itself was filthy. Bed mattress in master was very uncomfortable. The porch furniture was iron with no pillows and very uncomfortable. TV’s difficult to operate due to cable problem in unit. Multiple remotes (10)with no instructions . Someone entered unit without advising us in advance. Very uncomfortable with that.Unit was nice, but house keeping detracted from its niceness, but for an upscale unit and money charged I expected better. Pool was not clean and never saw anyone cleaning it..This unit could use some updating.My overall rating is fair and with all the negatives I feel some sort of refund is in order.
