We are definitely in the middle of all the Vail and Beaver Creek action, being in Avon. You stayed here during the ski season but did you check out the park, lake and beach just outside the complex. We appreciate the feedback and are happy to hear that you enjoyed your stay. Yes indeed the free skier shuttle to Vail does book up fast and you can sign two weeks prior to your arrival date. The Beaver Creek skier shuttle runs seven days a week and no reservations are required. Both of these excellent amenities are complimentary for all guests. Glad to hear you were happy with the size of the unit and that it was well stocked for your stay. We hope you were able to get out and enjoy our large heated, outdoor pool and three hot tubs, they are amazing after a long day on the slopes. This is a great condo and we have many two, three and a few four bedroom condos to choose from. So glad you wee able to select one that met your budget and group size. Again with so many rental condos we have many options and something for everyone. With our on site maintenance and housekeeping, yes the grill and kitchen all will work properly. Glad you are a hard core griller, here in March and glad everything was working great. Hope you got to use our free skier shuttles to both Vail and Beaver Creek. Our guest LOVE this service as it makes getting to the slopes easy. Sorry to hear about the leak from above, we did get in touch with the owner of the unit above and they had their grandkids in the tub and as you can imagine it caused a bit of a water issue. Sorry to hear about the lock issue as our guests love that they don't have to deal with a key and how simple it is for everyone to use. We are glad you were able to call the 24 hour "on call" number and get into your unit quickly. It's nice to have "staff" at a large property like Beaver Creek West that can assist with everything from opening your door lock, recommending great local restaurants and where the best places are to ski on the mountain. Glad to hear you enjoyed the convenient location of this condo near, shops, restaurants and especially to the Riverfront gondola in Beaver Creek. We have let the condo owner know that maybe open up a few more clothing storage areas and closets for guests use, so they may have space to hang a few items. We could have easily had maintenance take a look at the outlets had we know this during your stay. Not sure what folks do to these but they could have been easily repaired and sorry to hear this. Our priority is for you and your friends to have a great time while here in town for your vacation and we are happy to hear that you enjoyed your stay. Yes, this condo is great for walking around town and SO easy to get to the slopes with our free skier shuttle. The large size and the dating of the condo is part of the pricing process, hence the great price for this condo. We do have over 55 rentals here at BCW and we do have newer more updated condos for a higher price. So next time give us a shout and we can recommend something a bit more to your liking. Thanks for letting us know about the beds we will have the owner check them out when they get here and replace any of them that need to be replaced. Yes it is nice to have a wood burning fireplace and a bunch of firewood for the mountain feel and to relax with a glass of wine after a big day on the slopes. Also glad to hear that it worked for your family groups to come together and enjoy the space. For future reference there are deluxe and premium units available at BC West, but they do cost a bit more than this standard unit. We hope you can come and stay with us again sometime soon. Thanks!!

Sorry this condo didn't work for you, but as you can tell from all of the other reviews people seem to like it and keep coming back. If you continue to use VRBO you may want to read the details of each condo thoroughly before booking anything. Our condos is listed as being on the second floor and under amenities AC is not listed. We live in the mountains and it usually is in the 40's or 50's at night in the summertime. Our past guests were ok with opening the window, when it occasionally got warm in the evening and enjoyed the fresh air. Most homes, condos and hotels in the Avon area don't have AC due to the very cool nights. Our on-site maintenance guy checked out the screen door and it seem to be functioning properly, but they did add a little lube on the track for a smooth close. Please come back in a cooler time of year and check out what everyone likes!! Safe travels!!
