Nice apartment in a quiet street, only 300 mts from Cala Figuera port.
With 2 double bedrooms, 2 baths with shower -ensuite-, living-room with sofa-bed, TV-sat, wifi free and fire-place, equipped kitchen, terrace and garden.
There is an air-condition (1 eu. = 3 hours)
Ideal for outdoor activities and relaxing holidays.
Nearby there are 2 pretty sand beaches: Cala Santanyí and S,Amarador, Natural Park Cala Mondragó.
The price per night depends of the number of persons: from 80.- € for 2 persons; 93 € - 3 pers; 106 € . 4 pers. - eco-tax is not included.-
Cleaning included twie a week. Self catering accomodation.

Maria ist einer sehr freundliche Vermieterin, die auf alle Fragen eine Antwort hat und uns persönlich bei unserer Ankunft begrüßt und alles gezeigt hat. Was uns total überrascht hat und richtig toll war: während unseres 10tätigem Aufenthalt kam zwei mal eine Reinigungskraft vorbei und putzte die Wohnung und bezog die Betten neu. Der Ort ist sehr schön und die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist super - allerdings gibt es im Ort keinen Strand. Zwar eine Bucht und eine Mini-Badestelle, die aber nur bei absoluter Windstille genutzt werden kann. Die Wohnung ist groß genug, mit vier Leuten wäre es uns zu eng gewesen. Die Wohnung hat ihre besten Zeiten seit langem hinter sich. Es ist nicht dreckig oder so, im Gegenteil. Aber alles ist ziemlich abgenutzt, es gibt Steckdosen ohne Verschalung, der Duschkopf ist alt, in der zweiten Dusche geht nur kaltes Wasser, die Wasserhähne sind alle irgendwie abgegrabbelt. Wenn man die Wohnung privat nutzen würde, dann würde man eine full-on Renovierung durchführen - für die dann im Vergleich relativ preisintensive Buchung hätten wir mehr erwartet.

Sehr nette Vermieterin,die Unterkunft ist zweckmässig eingerichtet.Uns fehlte ein Backofen,aber ansonsten alles da was man benötigt .Im Ort gibt es keinen Bäcker aber zwei kleine Sparmärkte die sehr teuer sind.Der Hafen ist nur einen katzensprung entfernt ,dort gibt es nette Cafés und rolle Restaurants.

El apartamento está bien. La cocina un poco pequeña, pero lo demás muy bien. Zona tranquila y muy cerca de las calas .Han pasado a limpiar el apartamento a mitad de semana.Volveria a repetir.

Could be better

The owner is nice and reactive. The neighborhood is quiet and attractive.. but it's about all what is positive in this property.The first deception is the lack of information about the only and non-free air-conditioner in the living room which works for 3 hours if you put a coin of 1 euro in its dedicated box. The property gets extremely hot in the afternoon and by night, so if by lack of luck you are short of 1 euro coins.. get ready to spend a very bad night/afternoon. Also the air-conditioner is effective only in the living room as the rooms dont get cold enough. And if you try to open the windows by night, you will be attacked by an army of mosquitoes which were a big problem in this neighborhood. Also there is a lack of light in the property as the owner don't use all the bulbs to avoid any extras on the electricity bills. Each space have only 1 functioning bulb and the others are either missing or broken.Another let down is the water pressure on one of the showers which makes it completely unusable. The water just comes in super poor quantity and you can't use the shower. We tried to warn the owner about it but she told us that there is nothing she can do to fix it.The kitchen is very very small and it's hard for 2 people to help eachother because of the lack of space. The refrigerator is also very small. It is only a few inches bigger than a hotel's mini bar and it's mini freezer is not powerful enough to freeze or keep anything frozen. Bath towels also very old.

Eine schöne Wohnung in einer belebten Nebenstrasse

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Wohnung. Die Lage ist super, nah am Hafen und langweilig war es vor der Haustür auch nicht. Die Gastgeberin war immer ansprechbar, schnell und freundlich.

Das im besten Sinne preiswerte Appartment ist ausreichend groß für 4 Personen. Die Lage ist super und die Gastgeberin sehr freundlich. Ich würde es auch Freunden empfehlen.

Eine einfache, günstige FeWo.

Es ist eine einfache FeWo. Aber nur zum Übernachten u Frühstücken ist es ok. Die Lage passt einfach. 😉 Es ist renovierungsbedürftig, aber das ist nun vom Preisniveau entsprechend gut. Toll ist Maria, die Vermieterin, die sich dann auch rührt, wenn was ist! Wir würden wieder kommen.

Schöne Wohnung mit kleinen Mängeln

Die Beschreibung der Wohnung war sehr knapp, so dass wir nicht wussten was uns genau erwartet. Die Lage ist relativ ruhig im kleinen Ort Cala Figuera. Nicht in Santanyí wie wir dachten. Das ist leider missverständlich ausgedrückt in der Beschreibung. Es war einigermaßen sauberaber alles macht einen sehr abgenutzten Eindruck. . Viele Kleinigkeiten wie Lsmpen und Wasserkräne müssten mal repariert werden. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich. Alles in allem für den Preis hatten wir einen angenehmen Urlaub.

Tiny apartment with tiny rooms

The property was cute and the manager was very nice and easy to work with. However we had plans for another couple to join us for a week and there was no room for them to stay. The 2nd bathroom was unusable due to the smell of mold and the bathroom we could use had a shower that was about 5’ sq ft with a broken shower head holder. It was very difficult to shower and the shower curtain was pretty aggravating wrapped up around you. Swamping the floor. Also there was a separate charge for use of the ac/heater, we had to add 1euro coin for 3hours of service. We were there a month so the added charge was about an extra 90 euros. This was not reflected in the transaction contract. It is a loud neighborhood with little parking and you will lose your parking spot if you move the car. The location is great and we found some lovely beaches and Mallorca is so beautiful and fun to explore. We had a great time and really other than our friends not being able to join us due to limited space, we had a good vacation.

...wir hatten 100% Mallorca gebucht und auch erhalten. Als langjähr.- ehem. Gemeindemitglieder/Whg.Eigentümer- Santanyi kamen wir gut mit den Gegebenheiten vor Ort zurecht. Freundlichkeit d. Vermieterin und die Sauberkeit stehen ganz vorn!!!

Individualaufenthalt

In der landestypischen kleinen Ferienwohnung haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist nicht alles neu, aber bei einem Defekt wird schnell geholfen - bei uns war es der Kühlschrank. Am nächsten Tag war ein neuer da. Alles via WattsApp ohne viel Aufwand geregelt. Service, den ich in Deutschland noch nicht und schon gar nicht so unkompliziert erlebt habe. Die Straße ist etwas belebt. Aber abends kehrt Ruhe ein. Reinigung und Handtuchwechsel, auch Bettwäsche, haben prima und reichlich geklappt. Diverse Absprachen mit Maria jederzeit möglich. Sie möchte nur, dass man sich wohlfühlt. Und das klappt.

Super Lage, nette und unkomplizierte Vermieterin

Insgesamt war alles gut. Die Lage der Wohnung ist super, wunderschöne Strände und Buchten sind quasi ums Eck. Die Umgebung hat viel zu bieten! Maria ist sehr nett, Kommunikation im Vorfeld der Reise und während des Aufenthaltes war super. Die Wohnung ist dem Preis entsprechend. Die Küche ist sehr klein, alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber im Grunde ist alles da, was man braucht. Es wurde mehrmals sauber gemacht und auch einmal das Bettzeug gewechselt. Das ist super.

Okay für zwei wenn man keine Lust auf Kochen hat

Leider sind nur in einem Zimmer 2 m lange Betten - im anderen sind es nur 190 cm - nix für lange Kerle. Es fehlt an einem Backofen und die vorhanden Utensilien sind wirklich nicht ausreichend- schon gar nicht für 4 Personen da allein der Kühlschrank zu klein ist. Toll ist die Waschmaschiene und hervorzuben ist die Sauberkeit! OHNE die Klimanalege geht es nicht ! Die Sonne scheint den ganzen Tag aufs Apartment und heizt alles gut auf.
