The resort features a clubhouse with a fitness center, sports courts, and a lagoon-style pool with water slides. Guests enjoy on-site dining, family activities, 24/7 security, and concierge services, blending luxury, convenience, and safety for a premium vacation experience.

PLEASE NOTE:
- All guests can enjoy the many resort amenities free of charge (Except for Wave Flowrider)

- Optional jacuzzi heat is available for $40/day. We would recommend adding heat to your reservation between the months of October and April. Please let us know in advance if you would like to do that. (duration request is for the entire stay.) We would totally recommend it as it makes the water warm and comfortable to use.

- Grill & Fire Pit: $70 for the entire stay

- Smoking is not allowed inside.

- Parties and events are prohibited.

- Pets are not allowed

- Security Cameras: Outward-facing camera at the front door for security

- Please note that this home is considered to be self-catering. We do provide complimentary items to start your trip including one trash bag, toilet paper, paper towels, and dish detergent for your use. For additional supplies you may need to consume during your stay, you may purchase them from the nearby local markets.

- We provide standard bath towels, bed linens, and basic kitchenware (pots and pans). Please kindly bring any pool/beach towels, hand towels/washcloths, toiletries, and any condiments, spices, or additional supplies you may need.

- Please kindly note that we are unable to store luggage before check-in or after check-out due to platform liability policies.

- Please kindly note that USPS does not deliver inside vacation rental resorts in Orlando. We’re unable to be responsible for delivery of mail or packages from any carrier. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to ask.

- There are pots and pans in the Kitchen. Please bring your own condiments if you plan to cook

- No need to worry if you arrive late, we offer keyless pad entry! Additional details will be provided upon booking.

- Please kindly note that, as part of the resort’s policy, commercial vehicles with business logos, trailers, RVs, or boats are not permitted to park inside the resort.
