Arriving at the Villa Serenita’, the cobble stone driveway welcomes you like a hidden gem tucked away in a quaint Tuscan village. The red tiled roof, and stoned facade flanked by tall columns lead to an arched doorway inviting you to step inside where modern comfort meets old world elegance. Hardwood floors throughout add warmth and sophistication that create a sense of grandeur. Every corner of this gracious villa is
designed to make you feel like you’ve entered a Mediterranean seaside retreat.

Step into the heart of every Tuscan home – the kitchen. Here, you’ll find this exquisite kitchen is fully equipped with new granite countertops, high end cabinetry, new appliances, utensils, dinnerware, an array of glasses, pots and pans. A wine cork! You are covered! But who wants to cook? Start the day brewing your favorite coffee or tea and drop by one of the neighborhood bakeries to take home a box of warm flaky
croissants straight out of the oven. In minutes you’re back at the villa having your continental breakfast on the terrace! And it’s on this terrace where the villa’s true magic comes to life.

Tall hedges surround the screened terrace, pool and spa ensuring
privacy and tranquility. The highly desired west-facing pool means you will enjoy full sun from AM until the golden hour, with shimmering waters and a gentle breeze that make every moment feel like a tropical paradise. The attached spa offers the perfect place to unwind after a full
day of exploration.

Note: A discreet pool alarm system on the sliding glass door ensures peace of mind for families with children.

It is here in the outdoor spaces that truly make Villa Serenita` unforgettable. The pool deck is adorned with graceful palm trees, and high end lounge chairs ideal for basking in the sun or chilling with a good book. As the sun begins to set, the pool deck transforms into a serene oasis. Warm lighting above creates an intimate atmosphere for a glass of vino or freshly squeezed Florida orange juice. The charming seating area
invites guests to linger, while the al fresco dining area is beckoning for dinner under the stars. Boil up fresh caught crawfish from the local market or whip up a bowl of pasta.

Back inside the villa, the elegance continues. The five spacious bedrooms have been designed with comfort and style with wall mounted TV’s in each room.

The Primary Suite on the first floor offers a new queen-sized bed, dresser, end tables and ensuite bathroom with a large bathtub and separate shower. It has a dedicated office space with a comfy desk chair. The suite comes with your very own privately enclosed cobblestone garden patio –beckoning for morning coffee or evening apertif.

The second floor Primary Suite is equally luxurious with an ensuite bathroom. The bedroom is spacious and features a new dresser, end tables, king-sized bed and a dedicated office space with a comfy office chair, ensuring that work or personal tasks can be handled in this tranquil environment.

For family or groups of friends, the villa also features three uniquely themed bedrooms, each with its own character and charm:
The Princess Room features twin beds, dressers and a full sized vanity for girls of any age to feel like royalty. The fanciful décor makes it a dream space for little princesses and big ones too!

The Super Hero Room features twin beds and dressers. This room is filled with bold colors and Marvel designs, creating a fun and adventurous space for young heroes and young at heart heroes!

The Nautical Room features a full sized bed and sea inspired décor. It is the perfect retreat for those who love the ocean and want a peaceful nautical escape.

Every bedroom is stocked with extra sheets, blankets and pillows, ensuring comfort and convenience for all. The comforters are encased in duvets that are freshly laundered for each guest, providing the ultimate in cleanliness. And with ample beach towels you’ll always have what you need for lounging poolside or heading to the beach.

The villa offers an expansive dining room table and chairs that comfortably seat eight.

Whether you’re enjoying a homemade dinner or take-out from one of the myriad of great restaurants up and down the strip the villa’s ambiance makes every moment feel like a celebrazione.

The living room is designed for relaxation and entertainment, with a 65 inch wall mounted TV that’s perfect for movie nights or catching your favorite shows. And with high speed Wi-Fi throughout the property, you’ll stay connected if you choose to.

In addition to the villa’s private luxury, Villa Serenita` is part of a vibrant gated community offering a variety of amenities. Spend the afternoon on the tennis/pickle ball courts, or let the little ones explore the playground.

For those who prefer a more active escape, there’s an exercise facility inside the clubhouse.

And for those seafood lovers -you’ll find an endless selection of laid back restaurants where you can indulge in Florida’s freshest seafood straight from the Gulf and Atlantic.

Other things to note
Pool Heating can be provided through our gas heater, the main pool water will endeavour to heat to 86 degrees and when the spa is in operation, the spa will endeavour to heat to 104F (Seasonal only - recommended November - April, the cost is $45 per night).

A BBQ can also be hired at $20 per night.
