Step into a beautifully preserved piece of Tulsa’s history in the iconic 1920s-30s Renaissance District on Route 66. With historic character and modern updates, this home seamlessly blends contemporary comfort with timeless charm while maintaining the style and elegance of its era. Just steps from The University of Tulsa and minutes from Expo Square, Cherry Street, Utica Square, Mother Road Market, The Gathering Place, and more, you can experience the best of Tulsa right at your doorstep.
If you are doing anything at TU, there is no better location. We walked across the street for TU graduation ceremonies. Everything was in good condition and worked well. Thanks.

This classic 1925 bungalow was one of the first 25 homes built south of the University of Tulsa when 11th St (Route 66) marked the edge of town. Originally purchased from a Cherokee allotment owner, this home possesses a rich history linked to the construction and development of Tulsa during the gilded age of the Roaring 20s.
