Enjoy a queen bed in the main bedroom, a queen and a twin bed in the second d bedroom and bunk beds in the third bedroom for a soothing night's sleep that includes A/C. With 2 bathrooms and a cozy living room with a sofa bed, this condo is perfect for families or groups of friends. Enjoy views of the lake from your own balcony or sit by the inground pool and enjoy the beautiful scenery. Short walk to Weirs Beach, Fun Spot and many other local attractions. Brewery and restaurant within 2 min walk of condo as well as a candy/ice cream shop. NH Bank Pavillon and Gun Stock a short drive away. Fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher.

Not what was expected

There were multiple issues with our stay and the owner did nothing to fix nor compensate for them. There was no available parking for our vehicle, we had to park really far and walk daily. The apartment was on a second floor and there was no mention of the stairs on the website. There was only 1 key for the 8 person rental. There was no Wifi. The hot water ran out after just 1 person showered. The kitchen sink was not draining properly. The bathroom door would stick and become hard to open and the floors were dirty.

Laconia Bike Week

I was familiar with the properties in the complex as we have stayed before. This unit was fantastic. Super clean, great view, couldn’t be happier. Michelle was great to work with, very friendly, great communication.Highly recommend. (Except during bike week next year- hoping to snag it for myself again!)
