Bathrooms: 2 full bathrooms, stocked with essentials and fluffy towels.

Convenience: Fully equipped kitchen for home-cooked meals. Amenities include a coffee-maker, dishwasher and microwave, along with dishes, pots, pans, toaster, and more. Wi-Fi is available in the unit.

Location: Just a 15-minute walk to beautiful Weirs Beach and its charming boardwalk. Explore local attractions, enjoy water activities, and soak up stunning lake views. Close by you will find additional attractions such as Funspot, the world's largest arcade, just 1.5 miles away. Gunstock is a ten minute drive and has a multitude of activities available both in summer and winter. Kellerhaus, one of the oldest ice cream shops in New Hampshire, is located directly in front of the Condo to end your day with a delicious ice cream treat.

Please note while this is a first floor unit, you do need to go down stairs to access the unit. This location may be challenging if climbing stairs is a concern.

My family and I stayed here to attend a Nascar race weekend at New Hampshire Motor Speedway. The track is an easy 20 minute drive from here. The area is very safe and quiet, as is the building the condo is in. The condo is spacious, and well equipped. We were there with our two adult children, so having two bedrooms with three beds, and two bathrooms was the perfect setup for us. There were lots of linens, a fully equipped kitchen, and even a lot of extras that might be needed like coffee, coffee filters, spices, creamers, etc. There were even many extra toiletries in case you forget anything. Melissa, one of the hosts, was in contact multiple times to make sure everything was ok and going smoothly. The condo has an outdoor pool, and a nice little deck on the back with chairs, so it would be a really nice place to stay in the summer. I would highly recommend staying here, and would definitely stay again if vacationing in the area.

Was perfect for what we needed: walking distance to the Witches Brew Pub, short drive to Bank of NH concert venue. Condo was clean and comfortable. would certainly love to return!

Great place to stay!

Melissa, the host, was super to deal with. She has excellent communication before and during the stay! Location was good, close to so much! The condo was clean and had everything we needed. Be prepared to walk down stairs (outside) to get to the condo. Not an issue for us. Considering the complex had so many buildings and units, we had no issue with noise. The bedding was comfortable and clean. What could be improved… somewhat older building so the hallways had that older building smell. Not noticeable in the condo. Some updates could be made to the unit however if it was, I’m sure the cost per night would be higher. Overall, happy with our stay and our host. Thanks again!
