Located beside Red Sands Golf Course in the heart of Anne’s Land, Clinton Pond comfortably hosts up to 10 guests (13 with extra beds) and features a tranquil duck pond, spacious wrap-around porch, and stunning country views.

Unwind in the 6-person hot tub, roast marshmallows at the firepit, or watch local wildlife from the porch swing. Each bedroom is designed with rustic elegance, featuring luxurious linens, flat-screen TVs, air conditioning, and private ensuite baths with glass showers and handcrafted PEI soaps.

The Bird’s Eye Family Suite sleeps 5 and includes a deep soaker tub, double vanity, and serene views. Additional queen suites and flexible sleeping setups make this home perfect for families and groups.

Wonderful stay! The hosts were lovely! Incredibly helpful and gave us amazing recommendations and were always there if we needed anything. The property is gorgeous and so is the house. We had 11 people with us (4 adults and 7 teenagers) so this house was great. 3 of the bedrooms have private ensuite bathrooms which was so nice for the adults to have their own space. The place is stocked with anything you need to cook; tons of towels; beach chairs; ice for drinks; games; Xbox; beach and hot tub towels. Great location too! Close to everything including beaches, fab restaurants and shopping. Would definitely come back! Thank you so much Amanda and Alex for making our trip so memorable!
