This cute and cozy home comes with a full kitchen and laundry unit. You have your separate full size bedroom and spacious bathroom. Centrally located in the hip and trendy city of North Park. Walking distances to fun bars, work out studios, good restaurant, charming coffee shops and more! Only a short drive to the beach, SeaWorld, the famous San Diego Zoo, Gas Lamp District, Coronado Island, USD, SDSU and more.
The space
This unit is about 420 sqft. Fits about 2-3 comfortably. You have your own living area, parking space and entrance. The unit shares one adjoining wall with the front unit, similar to a condominium. Walls were professional sound proofed but you might be able to hear a little noise.
Guest access
All of the back side of the house is yours to use. You have your own separate entrance through back fence.

This space shares an adjoining wall w/the guest suite in the back. Walls were professionally sound proofed.

Baby gear rental is available. High chair, pack & play, baby tub and stroller.

Beautiful setup in a wonderful Craftsman. Very thoughtfully laid out and comfortable bed home. Our host was considerate and attentive, and the neighborhood is super walkable to the grocery, breweries, eateries and shops. We’ll be back!

The place was very clean and in a good neighborhood, that’s soo close to a bunch of bars and restaurants. The only thing I didn’t like was how firm the bed was but I was only there for 2 nights so it was doable.
