気になった点 : 清潔度、チェックイン、コミュニケーション、ロケーション、掲載情報の正確さ
COMPLETE SCAM! not only did they never give us the proper code, but there was someone else staying in the vrbo we booked and they suggested that we stay in the other house attached to the duplex— however they didn’t give us the right code for that vrbo either. they told us they kept resetting the code, but it didn’t work and when we tried getting the key from the lockbox; the code for that didn’t work either. we communicated multiple times with the host that we couldn’t get in, and then they stopped replying when we asked for them to come down. they called the cops on us and claimed we tried “breaking in” while we were sat in the car. we spoke to the cops and explained the vrbo situation, which is why they assumed they were called. after the cops left, we figured it wasn’t best to stay so we drove almost 2 hours back home. no response from the vrbo host the entire week that we were supposed to be there. i had contacted vrbo the night of the incident and they told me they would give me an instant refund with the circumstances, mind you this happened at the beginning of MAY and i’m still fighting for my refund in JUNE. the vrbo host is claiming i stayed, but i couldn’t even get it the god damn house in the first place. so much husbands birthday trip i planned got cancelled, and i’m out of 500 for a trip i didn't take. save your money please! i’m still trying to get my refund!
