Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our rental was in a wonderful location. The entire property is designed so that everyone has a great view of the ocean. The property and our unit is very clean and well maintained, including recent updates. Our unit had all you could want or need in the kitchen and bathrooms. Comfortable bed.This property is right across the street from a little strip mall that had a fantastic store to pick up most anything you might need. There is also a fantastic Italian restaurant! The area is safe and quiet.It’s an easy drive to Flagler Avenue and there are a lot of dining options in the area. Of course, the ocean is there and provides you with so many options as well.

The winter group do a great job with activities. most of the people have become friends away from home. Our condo has been upgraded and is fully equipped. The new management & new manager is bringing the Condo into the 21st. century. The maintenance man (Kenny) works very hard to keep the Condominium grounds etc in good condition.

We could see and hear the ocean from the living room- beautiful!Unit needs at least 2 comfortable chairs and there was some dampness that needs attention. A better mattress would be a great idea!Management staff at this complex is excellent- Mike and Becky are very attentive.

The grounds were perfect and beautiful everyday! I loved the sunning next to shoreline. I would only suggest beach chairs and umbrellas with screw in holders due to wind. Putting my feet in the sand. The chairs in the room were old school terrible. A new more comfortable table and chairs for balcony. Can't wait to go back. Love love love!!!

Great Vacation!

The communication from the condominium manager was great from the booking process to the early check in and throughout the stay. The condo was clean and exactly as pictured online. The 1 bedroom is large and the bed was very comfortable. The futon in the sleeping closest was perfect for our 6 year old. The fold out sofa in the living room was used during our stay as well. Our view from the balcony was perfect and unobstructed. This unit is very close to the elevator, stairwell, trash chute and laundry facility. This is my second time staying at this complex and each experience has been great! This isn't a large complex so the pool is rarely too busy. They beach was not overpopulated either. This is on the no-drive side of beach. There is a Dollar General Market across the street which has about everything you could need for breakfasts and lunches in the room. I would recommend this condo to anyone visiting the area.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit was not clean or sanitary upon arrival. We had to clean the bathroom, there was poop on the outside of the toilet and urine on the floor around toilet. Floors had not been swept. Dirty sheet on pullout couch. Cabinets full with no where to store our supplies. Broken screen door that banged all week when the wind blew. When reported to managers, their reply was "I don't know what to say". Instead of trying to fix the issues, nothing was done. We cleaned the unit ourselves and made the best of it
