2 Months by the sea

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everyone from the Manager to the staff to the other renters was friendly and helpful. The seawall which had been damaged by hurricane 2 years earlier was in the process of being rebuilt which made getting to the beach difficult. All in all, had a great time and have made a reservation for next year already.

Needs a total gut job.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in two condos in this complex, a two bedroom fully updated and worth the price of stay. This 2nd condo 509 is in an amazing location w/in the complex, it has a direct view of the ocean, pool view is blocked by palm tree. It is in need of a total gut job. It has old dirty could be a fantastic condo if fixed up. Mgt was great to deal with. We loved the New Smyrna location.
