Beachfront Condo

Beautiful condominium on the Worlds Best Beach! Great for families or for longer term stays when you want a home away from home.
Open floor plan (approx 1900 sq ft) with galley kitchen and eat in bar, full size dining table (6), and family room featuring comfy sofa beds for extra or younger guests.
Master suite features floor to ceiling windows overlooking the beach and additional sliding door access to the deck; king size bed with private double vanity bath including jacuzzi tub and separate shower. A second king size guest bedroom with private single vanity bathroom (shower) and third guest bedroom (queen) with adjacent full bathroom (shower).
Watch the sunrise with your coffee on the large furnished deck or let the crash of the waves wash your worries away as you sip your wine under the stars.
Direct access to pool or walk down the private access to the beach.
If you’re looking for a spacious, relaxing get-away, you’ve found it!

January 2024 Update:
Due to sustained hurricane damage last year, the sea wall will be rebuilt during the early months of the year. This will impact direct access to the beach but our neighboring condo will allow access for our guests. There could also be noise during the day as the wall is constructed. Current estimate for completion is March-April. Feel free to inquire for updated information.

The condo was amazing - gorgeous views, spacious, comfy furniture, very well stocked kitchen including alot of spices, great selection of cookware, etc.The host was also amazing - great response time for the few questions we had and also checked in with us from time to time to see if we needed anything.

Great Oceanfront Condo

We had a great time during our stay! Jeanette was very responsive and accommodating any time we needed to each out with questions about our trip. The condo was clean, the listing was accurate, and you can't beat the ocean views from the balcony and master bedroom. We look forward to staying here again!

A great stay!

We had such a wonderful week staying at this beachfront condo! Beautiful views/sunrises and the relaxing ocean sounds right out the back door! Our family/friends of 6 had plenty of space in the condo and perfect location for us to visit local family, while also enjoying beaches and pool! Great communication/instructions with owners! Property was great. It was very clean and beautiful. There was lots of repairs going on from the hurricane but all was good the workers were very respectful to the guests I would definitely stay again

Beach Vaca

This property was perfect for our family vacation! The ambiance was beautiful (inside and out), the condo was the perfect place to relax and enjoy a week away from reality. Incredible views!

The unit is very spacious in a secured building. We especially enjoyed direct ocean views from the family room and primary suite. The sunrise each morning was absolutely breathtaking. It’s hard to find a spacious condo with three beds/three baths in NSB. We would love to return!

This was a great place for a family vacation. Kitchen was well stocked. Be sure you bring a blow dryer with you if you are going to need one. Had to send my husband out on an emergency mission to get one, on our way to my daughter's graduation.

Excellent!

We had a great time, the property was perfect for our family and just close enough to Disney we could commute a few days to DW and spend a few days at the beach or fishing. And eveyone had a great time! Thanks so much and if we are ever in the area again we will look you up!

Very spacious and relaxed atmosphere and decor that invites you to kick back, listen to the waves and relax. The connivence of the on-site pool and short walkway to the beach allows for the best of all worlds!

Full kitchen allows for families to cook as often as desired to avoid the hassles of eating out for every meal. Full size washer and dryer reduces the need for overpacking. Outside deck will be a favorite spot to watch the waves crashing in, taking your soul to total serenity.
