April vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoy staying at Sea Coast Condos. We’ve stayed in unit 414 for two years and really like this unit. It is clean and decorated very nicely. It has everything we need for the month.One thing that could be improved is the pool temperature. The water is very cold and this makes it difficult to get in and swim. Supposedly the heaters are shut off in April. The pool should be heated until the air temperature is warm day and night.

Vacation

The condo was very nice, clean, and equipped with all we needed. Enjoyed the entire complex. Everyone was very friendly. Could use more lighting by stairs and pool could have been warmer.

Winter resident at SeaCoast Condominium

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was my 9th year at SeaCoast. It is always good to be with friends that I've met over the years. One problem this year was the elevators not always working properly. We would all like to have a winter resident list of phone numbers so we can communicate--other condos along the beach have this.
