With only four units total, it offers a quiet, residential feel while remaining conveniently connected to all that Evanston and Chicago have to offer.
Designed for comfort, creativity, and longer stays, The Emerald is ideal for visiting professors, travel nurses, grad students, or remote workers seeking a peaceful retreat. This first-floor studio blends vintage character with curated modern style—highlighted by rich emerald and gold tones, and anchored by a stunning floor-to-ceiling mural evocative of a gemstone.
