Kim, being steps from good food makes everything about a stay more relaxed, and it sounds like that convenience came through. The neighbourhood keeps delivering on that front whenever you are ready to return.

The property was great and had nice amenities. The location was very walkable and close to many dining options and activities. The parking made it convenient as well. We loved our stay!

Stayed here for a swim meet for my son and it was perfect! Everything about the listing matched what we found. Couldn’t have been easier to work with Austin and his team. So thankful it was available and it worked for us! Would stay here again in a heart beat!

The property was easy to find in a great location for downtown/mass Ave festivities. There were many games to play Internet was great. The unit was clean also liked having the outdoor area off the back. Absolutely love the layout of the unit. The kitchen was well stocked with things that you needed as were the bathrooms. I would highly recommend running in this building. The big bonus was it had a parking spot that you didn’t have to pay for.

We were in town for a mini family getaway. Indy is a cool walkable downtown and the apartment was less that a mile from almost everything we needed to get to. The apartment was very clean and just the right size for our family of three. Austin the property manager was very nice and messaged regularly to make sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend this property for a family or small group.

Beds were uncomfortable, including the pullout sofa. The people upstairs were extremely loud, we ran out of hot water after 2 people showered and because it is an old building we couldn’t turn the heat up to make the place warm enough to be comfortable. Not on our list when we return to Indianapolis every month.

The description was spot on. The check-in process was very smooth. Everything was communicated thoroughly. There were emergency numbers provided in case there were issues. The place was very clean. Very trendy. Up and coming neighborhood with lots of new construction. Walking distance to Mass Ave. I actually walked to IUI to my daughter’s dorm. Always felt safe. I would definitely stay here in the future. Do not hesitate to book this property!
