The Space:

Upstairs, you'll find two comfortable bedrooms, each featuring a queen-size bed, perfect for a restful night's sleep. A full bathroom is conveniently located for your use. We also offer additional sleeping arrangements with an air mattress and two rollaway beds to accommodate extra guests. This house is pet-friendly and family-friendly, with a secure backyard for your peace of mind.



Please note there will be toiletries provided to get you started during your stay, we will NOT supply enough toiletries for your entire stay. There are local stores to purchase some additional supplies if needed during your stay!



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire house, including the bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living areas, and outdoor spaces such as the patio and garden. There is free parking available on the premises, with space for up to four cars. Key access is provided via a front door and a lockbox.



The Neighborhood:

Explore the vibrant downtown Hyannis Main Street, less than a mile away, perfect for a leisurely walk or bike ride. Discover Ocean Street, less than half a mile from the property, home to popular spots like the Black Cat Tavern, Spanky's Clam Shack, and charming artisan shops. From here, you can easily catch a Hyline Cruises ferry to Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard. Enjoy the convenience of several small, cozy beaches within walking distance, requiring no parking or passes. For more expansive sandy shores, Veterans Beach is just (.08) away, while Kalmus Beach is 1.1 miles. You'll also find an array of other beautiful beaches in Barnstable and Yarmouth, including Seagull Beach, which is 2.7 miles away, all open to visitors and residents alike.



Getting Around:

Getting around is easy! You can explore the area on foot, by bike (bikes available), or by car. Free parking is available on the premises. For those arriving by air, the nearest airport is within driving distance, offering taxi services for convenient transfers. Other transportation options such as taxi are also available.

Guests bringing pets must provide proof of current flea, tick, and heartworm prevention. If fleas or ticks are detected on the property, a professional pest control fee will be applied.
