Bethany Beach Vacation August 11-18th 2024
The location was why I selected but for the price worst place I have been in when booking with Vrbo. Five blocks from beach across coastal highway was nice. Out door shower with hot water great and two passes one blue and one red ideal for driving and parking at beach.
The inside was very old with Kitchen toaster, etc rusted and old, utensils thrown in drawers. Not many glasses matched and embarrassed to entertain there. Bar stools old. Rug downstairs and up stairs very old and stained. All closet doors louver type very old stained. Furniture in bedrooms very old and minimal.Shower in down stair door old and mold all on bottom. No shower head just direct spray. Said Grilling available. No gas and went to fill container and they could not as not filled on over 5 years. Had to buy new container and fill it. When we started grilling on a very old and rusted grill unable to maintain enough heat to cook and one side of burners out so had to take all meat back upstairs to cook on stove. Only tried once....It said came with beach equipment etc. Two old rusted chairs only thing available. Closet with umbrella had misc stuff thrown in it and could not get any thing else out but nothing worth using. Outdoor furniture on wooden deck very old and used. Also not sure why had to go thru realtor, sign and upload documents to them when using Vrbo and had to get keys from them to enter property. I would not stay here again and would not recommend the property .
