We had a great stay! We had everything we needed for the week visit to the Beach. The rental is located centrally and you can walk or easily drive to the beach and boardwalk. We enjoyed being able to use the pool in the complex as well! The host was extremely responsive if we had any questions or needed assistance.

This is a very conveniently located townhouse located close to the beach, restaurants, and stores. Owner was very easy to communicate with. Home is nicely decorated and has comfortable spaces, as we really enjoyed the enclosed porch. We had everything we needed and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would love to stay again.

Beach House was awesome

We had everything we needed for our weekend stay. Close to the beach, restaurants and shopping. Only one hairdryer which we worked around but it would be nice to have one in each bathroom. We would definitely rent this place next year!

Repeat customer

This is the 2nd year in row we have stayed at this property with our kids and dog for a short spring break retreat. It's the perfect size for us, close enough to the beach. It's been great bringing the dog onto the beach with us in spring. We would recommend this lovely home for any family!

Perfect beach house

We had a great stay at the beach house. It has everything you will for the house and/or the beach. Loved the decor and how well the owner thought of everything you can possibly need to make your stay pleasant. Dan is the man, he was a great host, communicated every single detail as far as check in/checkout and answer any question(s) in a timely manner. We will be back 😁!

Bethany Family Vacation

We were so happy with our stay. The host was responsive and very easy to work with. He even mailed us a personal belonging we forgot. We emailed him with a few simple cleaning flaws, he emailed back right away and had it figured out. We were happy to be able to bring our dogs with us, especially in a clean environment. The house was full of all your essentials, the owner definitely thought of it all to make your stay comfortable! The property is close enough to walk to the beach or you have the option to take the trolley. We would definitely recommend staying here and hope to visit again next year!

Bethany Beach West

The condo was nice. The pool area in the development was very nice! The development is maintained well, clean and relatively quiet. The condo had a few things we would have enjoyed improvement on… The dishwasher does not clean the dishes or work well, the bathtub does not drain it's a little disgusting with that dirty water collecting, and the location. We were not aware of the busy road next to the unit. You couldn't have a window open at night The traffic was loud. Overall it was nice

Hi Marilyn, we appreciate your feedback and we're glad you enjoyed the pool area and the overall cleanliness of the development. After sharing your comments with the homeowner, they’d like to share the following: - We're sorry to hear about the issues you encountered during your visit. A plumber is scheduled to address the dishwasher and bathtub drainage problem on September 9th. This is the first we've heard of these matters, and we would have sent someone immediately if notified during your stay. - The listing includes a map so guests can review the location and proximity to nearby roads before booking. Thanks again for sharing your experience. We appreciate your input and hope to have the chance to host you again!

Fun Anniversary Stay

I really enjoyed the stay, there were some minor things I needed- the second floor toilet is leaking a bit. That said, I mentioned it and it will likely be fixed. The host was incredibly responsive and the layout is quite relaxing. Neighbors are friendly to boot. I would definitely recommend this location.
