The floors were really nasty. We couldn’t walk barefoot due to the grime on the floors. So we walked in socks and the bottom of our socks were brown/black. Things thought the entire condo building really need to be updated. But with all that, our view was amazing! The location is great. Just the overla cleanliness could improve drastically!

Beach Conso

Enjoyed our stay. Condo was beautiful. If anything I would mention to the owners it would be to change the mattress in master bedroom. Not comfortable at all.

Nice Room

The room was fantastic. The only issues are the property does not have enough parking and the pool area needs to be bigger and the pool furniture could use an upgrade

Property wantnvery well equipped

I found the condo wasn’t equipped with all the tools needed for cooking meals. Nice place, just under stocked with cooking items. Otherwise a great experience.

San Carlos 1406 - Gulf Shores, AL

Everything was such a breeze from check-in to check-out. The room was very clean and exactly as pictured. We had no issues with this rental property. It was a great location for the teenagers in our group. Close to the Hang-Out and shopping (literally walking distance). Jet skis/parasailing/banana boat rides right next to the property. Loads of entertainment!!! It was a perfect vacation. Will definitely book again in the future 😎

Great place to stay!!

It was very clean and had everything we needed. The elevators are fast and large enough where you don’t feel crowded. It has an easy walk down to the beach and a nice pool for kids.
