Fantastic week in march

Property was in a fantastic location. The condo and the amenities of the property were very clean. All staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The beach was pristine and enjoyable either in the water or out. Most everything you need is walking distance away. Favorite nearby restaurants were Peppers and Agua. Will definitely return!

Awesome stay at Regal Beach Club

Everything was really fantastic! Pros: great communication with property owner, well appointed condo,extremely clean, great location- was easy walk to shops and restaurants, the people- visitors or local everyone so nice!!! Con: beach erosion - very small beach- we would love to come here year after year- but fear the beach may be gone if there is not a beach renovation. But for this year just perfect!

Very Nice Location, Well Appointed Unit

The Regal Beach Club is a very nice location on Seven Mile Beach. The unit is very nicely laid out and appointed. The kitchen has everything you need for making meals at home. It is walkable to Camana Bay and other restaurants in the near vicinity. The pool and poolside chairs were well kept. The beach sadly has been washed away, but the water is so gorgeous! The property offers floaties upon request and that is the best way to enjoy the beach now. It really is an ideal location.

Modern, clean, spacious condo - wonderful!

This was our second time at Regal Beach Club but first time in this specific unit and it was wonderful. So modern, clean, and had great amenities. There are no personal items in cabinets and drawers, which I love, so it feels like a hotel in that sense. The furniture is comfortable, sleek, light, and wasn't overstuffed or dated. The check in process was seamless. We landed early so were able to easily check in hours ahead of regular check in time. We also used the condo concierge service to have groceries delivered on the first day we arrived. Highly recommend! All in all, an amazing stay in an amazing condo.

Beautiful property and great location.

Perfect location and convenient to shopping and the Marriott next door. Great management- only suggestion is that there be more umbrellas on the beach. All are taken by 7am- need a better solution

Seven mile beach condo.

We had an overall good experience at the Regal Beach Club. The unit is spacious and well appointed. Beautiful view from the screened in balcony. The wireless internet works well. We rented a car so it was easy to get groceries. We were within walking distance of great restaurants and Camana Bay. The pool and beach chairs and umbrellas were sufficient in number. We had no problem getting a place to set up by the pool or on the beach. This is unlike another property we stayed at where all the beach chairs and umbrellas were claimed with towels before 6:30 AM every day. The main drawback is the beach. Apparently in December weather eroded away a significant portion of the beach. When we arrived, there was a strong westerly wind with high surf. The waves went up to the concrete embankment and so we weren't able to sit on the beach. This was true for the adjacent Marriott resort. Also the beach was covered with rocks and seaweed. There was a distinct odor which accompanied the seaweed and lingered throughout the week. By the second day the wind had died down and changed directions so the beach was accessible for lounging. The seaweed was cleaned up over a couple of days which we felt was a little slow. The beach erosion and seaweed accumulation may be due to a change in the shoreline currents as the wind and current along the shore help replenish the sand and prevent stagnation. A property just south of the Marriott, Sunshine Cove, put up a protective barrier surrounding a small beach which blocks the normal flow of water in the area just north of it. The beach definitely improves as you go north of the Royal Palms.

Just what we were looking for

Our unit at Regal Beach club was just what we were looking for. It's right on Seven Mile Beach, which is beautiful, and close to places like the Marriott for a cocktail, without having to be with throngs of people. Nice blend of people of all ages. Great location within walking distance to a variety of restaurants and the grocery store. The unit itself was very well-equipped, including a dishwasher and washer/dryer. Nice view from the sun porch. The property manager is wonderful, very welcoming and was very responsive.

Beautiful spot, close to all, very relaxing!

This was our 4th time in Grand Cayman, first time at Regal Beach, and we absolutely loved it! The condo was perfect for a family of 4, with plenty of comforts of home plus the great view from the balcony (we stayed in a 2nd floor unit). We look forward to coming back again for sure!

excellent location on Seven Mile Beach

The condo was spacious and had a nice view. The pool was great and warm and the ocean and beach were fantastic! There was a storm two nights that brought in some seaweed, it took a little time for the contracted crew to clean it up...but I guess that's life on the beach! The kitchen was nice to have for light meals and the location to other restaurants was perfect! Would highly recommend this condo and location to others

Great location and condo

Great location on 7 mile beach the condo was equipped with everything we needed. The beach area was not too crowded like some of the nearby hotels. We loved it and will definitely come back again.

great place to stay

We stayed a week , great response when booking and all questions answered . Unit as pictured. Jenna met us on arrival and couldn't of been nicer . Even got us a pump to blow up our rafts . Unit VERY WELL stocked . Even had a cooler for the beach. View was better then pictures , couldn't of asked for better place , we will be back. If wanting to stay on seven mile beach ,this is the place .we met a lot of people and everyone was very happy with all units . No hotel for us ,regal beach club is the way to go. Housekeeping excellent.

The best Easter vacation I ever had

My Name is Sandy Whittaker and I stayed at the Regal beach condo 612. The condo was beautiful ,clean and the hospitality and service was excellent. I watch the most beautiful sunset every evening . I highly recommend to book this condo as it is located on the ground floor overlooking the pool. This was the best vacation I ever had in my 50 years. peaceful, romantic and don't forget the best beach at this location.
