Nestled on the world-famous and breathtaking Seven Mile Beach in the Cayman Islands, Regal Beach Unit 234 offers an idyllic escape. This third-floor, two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo (1,200 sq. ft./112 sq. m.) provides a serene retreat with stunning views of the Caribbean Sea and unforgettable sunsets.

Modern Comfort Meets Tropical Elegance
Step into a brand-new, fully equipped kitchen featuring modern appliances, utensils, and all the essentials to prepare meals with ease. The open-concept living and dining area is perfect for hosting intimate dinners, cozying up on the deep-seated couch or swivel chair with a good book, or enjoying evening breezes under the stars on the screened-in patio.

Luxurious Bedrooms for Restful Nights
The master bedroom, with its king-size bed, ensuite bathroom, and flat-screen smart TV, offers a private haven for relaxation. The second bedroom features a queen-size bed and a flat-screen TV, with a guest bathroom just steps away. For extra guests, the living room’s queen-size pull-out sofa ensures comfort for all, accommodating up to five guests in total.

Entertainment and Connectivity
After a day on the pristine white sand, unwind indoors with a variety of entertainment options, including classic Netflix and Amazon movies on a large smart TV, free Wi-Fi, Google Nest Mini, and screen-sharing capabilities for gaming or streaming music and movies from personal devices. Travel light—this condo has everything you need, including snorkelling gear, beach chairs, umbrellas, floating devices, kids’ beach toys, hair dryers, and an assortment of toiletries. With a full-size washer and dryer, plus an iron, you can maintain the comforts of home while on vacation.

Resort-Style Amenities
The Regal Beach complex features two swimming pools, a Jacuzzi/whirlpool, lighted tennis and pickleball courts, a basketball hoop, and a fitness room. Racquets and balls are provided for your convenience. Two gas BBQ grills make outdoor cooking a breeze. An on-island property manager is available to assist during your stay, and optional maid service is offered (excluding Sundays and holidays).

Seasonal Note on Beach Conditions
Please note that the southern end of Seven Mile Beach occasionally experiences migratory sand shifting, which can affect beach access at certain times of the year. This is a natural and cyclical occurrence. This condo will ONLY host a maximum of 4 adults and 1 child under 12 years old.

Perfect for work or relaxation

I work in Cayman and the condo was perfectly located. It was extremely well stocked and organized and served us well. For those vacationing it had two pools and although not a great beach the access to the water is wonderful.

Great Property

We had plenty of room for 3 adults and 2 kids. The house had everything we needed for the week. Conveniently close to grocery stores and restaurants. Owner supplies beach towels, beach toys, and snorkeling equipment. Snorkeling out front around man made reef was great!

Amazing stay

The staff was very friendly and spent the time to walk us through the condo. First thing you noticed was how clean the entire condo was! The design was modern with tons of upgrades. The resort was well maintained, quiet, and kid friendly! There were also tons of restaurants, a great coffee shop, and small convenient store in a short walking distance. I highly recommend this place, island, and this beach!!!!!

Wonderful Unit!

The owners have a beautiful, comfortable unit. They put thought into making sure that they have a great offering of beach toys, floats, chairs, etc. the beds are comfortable, the linens were soft and not scratchy. Everything was wonderful! We will definately be back!

Amazing condo

We’ve been to GC numerous times and this is our 4th stay at Regal Beach. This by far is the best condo we’ve stayed in! Tasteful decor, clean, and so so many extras, including beach chairs, umbrellas, snorkel gear. Etc. The chairs & umbrellas were great to have since there’s not much beach in front of the resort anymore. We just carried them down a bit & set up for the day!

Wonderful apartment on Seven Mile Beach

Positives: - wonderful apartment and nicely decorated - had all amenities that you could wish for (hair dryer, beach towels, kitchen utensils, etc) - really close to nice restaurants and Camana Bay Negatives (however, there is nothing the owner can do about it) - no more beach due to all the erosion - however, there are amazing beaches 5 mins drive away - every morning we were woken up by the deliveries to the Marriott hotel

Comfortable property and fabulous location

We enjoyed our stay at Regal Beach #234. The unit is well kept and clean, though not the most modern. It was perfectly located on 7 Mile Beach and the property has 2 lovely pools and a great beach. The only negative was that there were not enough chairs or umbrellas for the number of people staying at Regal Beach, so we had to go out the night before to place towels on the chairs in order to ensure that we had a spot. It was a minor inconvenience and was worth it once we were on the exquisite beach.

Best VRBO I ever stayed in!

The condo is beautiful, spotless and the owner is very detailed on the check-in process and labeled all the cabinet doors in the kitchen- Love that! Nothing worse when you are cooking on vacation, and you can’t find anything. There is everything in the kitchen you need from pepper to cooking spray. Both showers have dispensers filled with shampoo, conditioner, and shower soap. Love everything about this place. If I return to the Cayman Islands, I'll stay here again. It is the best VRBO that I have ever stayed in, and I've stayed in a bunch. Jim

All ran smoothly from leaving the airport and checking into our Regal Beach Club condo.

Regal Beach Club is a beautiful property. Our condo was amazing and well stocked with respect to the kitchen, bedding/ extra pillows & blankets in addition to a fully stocked closet with all kinds of beach and snorkel gear. We had plenty of beach towels, towel clips, travel cups, a cooler, etc. After speaking with many people also staying at the resort, we learned that we definitely had one of the better stocked units. In addition, there were no hidden surprises and all ran very well. There were no issues with this very beautiful layout and decorated condo itself, with only a very minor exception of the dryer taking extra time to dry clothes. Overall, I would highly recommend this unit and would gladly stay again in the future.

Great location

This is a great spot to stay on 7 miles beach. This unit has a beautiful sunset view. It is fully equipped with lots of kitchen tools to cook great meals. It is very spacious and can accommodate 4 people easily. We were just the two of us but will be back with friends here. Nothing to do with the condo but good to know. You have access to a BBQ in the condo complex but the temperature gauche is broken. I suggest you bring your meat thermometer if you are planning on cooking the perfect steak or fish on the BBQ.

Perfect Condo/Amazing trip!

This condo was beautiful and exactly what we were hoping for! It was perfect for our family of 5. Nicely updated and furnished, clean, bright, and happy. Awesome screened in porch and comfortable beds and bedding. The condo came with everything we needed and we appreciated how well stocked it was with towels, sand toys, snorkel gear, tennis equipment, and tons of other fun things for the kids to use in the pool and on the beach. The management company was very prompt and helpful with communication and check in and check out was easy breezy. Awesome location with one of the best beaches around. Not a lot of rocks in the water like other areas and just perfect swimming location and great snorkeling. Pool was big and clean and wonderful. Close to restaurants and activities. We walked down the beach in both directions and noticed that this condo is by far superior to others nearby. We felt super lucky to stay here and would highly recommend! If we are fortunate enough to come back to Grand Cayman, we hope to stay here again 100%! Thank you for such an amazing stay!

Can't beat this location!!!

I tried 3 different properties for a month long stay. This was by far the best property for location, cleanliness and all of the extras that were provided. Daily maid service was great, the kitchen had everything provided that you could think of and more. The owners had provided a binder with details on everything and were very organized. It was a quiet location within the property and very relaxing. The beds were comfortable, there was plenty of dresser drawer space, closet space and the entire condo was updated with modern touches. It was very well thought through when it was renovated. I would definitely stay here again without hesitation. Two thumbs up!!!

Great location and unit.

Location is right on the southern part of seven mile beach. Beach is very nice. Unit was perfect, renovated, lots of beach accessories, clean and comfy. Only negative of stay was they only have about 8 umbrellas for the entire complex and they were always full by 9am. Probably need at least 2 or 3 times as many for the number of guests at the complex. Not the faults of the unit and it did have a smaller umbrella that one person could rig for some shade but complex should have more.

My husband, daughter and I came for a 10 day visit. The directions for picking up our property information was very easy, just across the street from the airport. Got here and very easy to access through code on the door. Nice having a code instead of dragging keys around. The condo is very nicely decorated and the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would need. They have lots of games to play and also lots of snorkeling equipment, tennis rackets and balls. There are several books to read too. The patio is nice and cozy, although we did not cook any meals, the patio would have been nice to eat on. It’s screened in and also has a feeling fan. The beds were comfortable. There is a lot of drawers and closet space for your clothing. The bathrooms are a little small, good for one person at a time. For some reason I could not get much hot water in the master bath. We did get woken up several nights and mornings from other guests across from us being too loud.

Wonderful property - loved the modern decor, and instructions for using items within the condo were clear. The keyless entry was extremely convenient! Location was ideal, steps from the beach and close to a number of restaurants and bars. Would absolutely stay here again.

Spring Holidays on 7 Mile Beach

We came to the island to celebrate Passover and Easter. Although the weather did not always cooperate, the setting was magnificent!! Our condo was very clean, comfortable and conveniently located. We shall be back!!

Great family vacation

We just loved your place. It's a great location and close to great restaurants/shopping! With 3 boys- 2 teens and a 12 year old it was perfect. The unit is fully stocked with anything you might need! We left some too small kids snorkel gear & flippers behind! Everyone in Cayman is very friendly and we felt safe. Beautiful sunsets you can see from the lanai or walking to the beach. My only suggestions would be the timer on the light switches. Using the bathroom at night or when someone was napping made it so bright. Shower in master although nice was difficult to get temp adjusted. We'll be back in Cayman & I'd stay here again. Thanks, Smith's from Colorado

August 2018 Stay Regal Beach #234

Great Condo newly renovated with evrry amenity except an electric can opener. The screened porch was great and the stairs to the 3rd floor were the only minor incovenience. The August thunerstorms occurred almost everyday which was the worst part of the trip. I would definitely recommend the cndo and Regal Beach Club but probably not in August. Thanks to the great staff, daily maid service and the property manager, Daisy.
