Clean, updated and beautiful condo The beachfront access is awesome and the pool areas are great. Convenient local restaurants across the street. Overall a great stay, would go back again!

Excellent location & lovely views

Our vacation was just perfect! We loved the condo and all of the amenities the complex offers. It was a short walk to restaurants and shopping. Thank you for letting us stay. We hope to visit again in the future!

Awesome stay!

Condo was roomy, updated and perfect for the four of us. Our 2 year old son had a great time digging in the sand and playing in the water. Location is close enough to walk to Camana Bay and nearby restaurants. The beach close to the Marriott property is dwindling though :(

Perfect Cayman Getaway

Spent 3 nights here before heading to Cayman Brac. Perfect location for beach, food and groceries. Check in and property manager was great. Room was exactly what was pictured. Location was fabulous! Perfect room for 2 couples or a family. We would book again!

Amazing property and everyone we worked with were amazing in booking the property. Kirsten was amazing in setting up groceries and alcohol deliveries to be waiting when the girls arrived. Location is amazing. Condo is beautiful and convenient. Would deifniet stay again.

Week long stay - Family of 5

This property was perfect for what our family needed. Sadly, the beach has really eroded, but thankfully the public beach next door gave us plenty of space to play. As always, Grand Cayman was gorgeous. The security guards at RBC are really lovely and remembered us from last year. Proximity to the Marriott and restaurants is good, easy walk to Camana Bay.

The condo was very well supplied with essentials that most vrbos do stock for their guests. It is on the beach, in a nice, quiet complex. The rooms were all spacious and the kitchen was nice and big. Everything worked in the unit and we enjoyed ourselves!

Beautiful property and amazing location. Condo was well equipped with everything you could possibly need. The one and only negative is there is no beach. So if you need a beach, this is not the property (nothing Regal Beach has any control over).

Great Condo, but beach is still minimal

So sad that Mother Nature eroded large parts of 7 mile beach, the condo is beautiful, but if you are a lay by the ocean kind of vacationer, then this may not be your spot.

Amazing condo unit on the ground floor on the ocean. Sooo much space with 3 large bedrooms and the kids room was perfect with the two twin beds for your twin 7 year olds. Love the convenience of the Marriott next door. The beach is really narrow from the storms now but there’s enough space and our kids kept us at the pool most of the time anyways.

Amy was amazing. She did so much work for us before are stay, due to Hurricane Ian. We were there 1 week after. The room was amazing and even better than the pictures. Would highly recommend. Ask for Amy. She will make your stay incredible.

Best location, great condo

Condo is exactly as pictured. Very nice accommodations. Best location on Seven Mile Beach. Everything south of here does not have much beach (or none). This location and everything North is on beautiful beach. It’s far enough south to be walking distance to Camana Bay and short drive/bus trip to Georgetown. It’s a very quiet beach but if you want a party beach the public beach with noisy beach bar is a short walk north up the beach (5 min walk). This would be my first choice of place to stay if I was returning to Grand Cayman.
