Suncoast Paradise, Updated Condo Near IMG, Pools, Hot Tubs, Tennis, AMI Beaches!

Spacious self catering apartment/condo available for rent at the popular resort of Shorewalk Vacation Villas, Bradenton/Sarasota, Florida. This second floor condo has been recently redecorated, the main bathroom & kitchen have both been remodelled and it lies within a 30 acre complex of quiet tree-lined streets with lighted sidewalks and six lakes. Facilities include two heated swimming pools, each with a separate Whirlpool spa, two floodlit tennis courts (1 can be set up for pickleball, a 1/2 basketball court, shuffleboard, Bocci ball and table tennis. The clubhouse has a pool table, library, playground and barbecues.

Shorewalk is beautifully maintained and is convenient for everything you require for a great Florida holiday. Supermarkets, restaurants, cinema and bowling are a short walk away. Anna Maria Island with its beautiful white sand beaches, and the Robinson Nature Preserve are within a 15 minute drive. There are many golf courses in the area including Pinebrook/Ironwood which is 10 minutes walk away. 1 hour away is Tampa with Busch Gardens, Hard Rock Casino, and sports venues for baseball, football and ice hockey. Orlando and Disney are within a 2 hour drive.

Our condo is setup for 4 people with no cot or young children protection such as child locks on cupboards or a high chair.

For great designer shopping bargains the Ellenton Premium Outlets are a half hour drive away. The IMG Sports Academy is a 5 minute drive.

It is equipped with everything needed to make this your home away from home

In our last stay we visited the Manatee Viewing Center. This can be found at 6990 Dickman Rd., Apollo Beach, FL 33572.

Very quick responses from Condo owners, when needed, very central location for easy access to shops, golf, entertainments and beaches. Great home from home (from a UK holiday maker's perspective) ie everything you need is supplied in the Condo. Easy parking here, great heated pool and spar.

This was a great place to stay! Even if the weather wasn’t hot enough to be at the beach there was plenty to do between the pickle ball and tennis courts and the heated pools and hot tubs.

Home from home you'll want for nothing.

Property is centrally placed for everything, golf, jucy steaks, clean beaches close by with silica flour-like sand. Shops plentyful, you will find everthing you need. Shorewalk is quiet, friendly, two pools and a hot tub, tennis and pickle ball facilities. Totally recommended great price and hosts always seem avaialable.

Very nice area, well kept and quiet.

We’ve stayed at Shorewalk Villas before, in another condo. We were very satisfied with this condo. Everything we needed was there, and the apartment as a whole was very comfortable and inviting. We hope to return in the future, as we really enjoy Anna Maria Island. The Bradenton area has an abundance of restaurants for all tastes.

Holidays that felt like home

Spending a week in this cozy, well-equipped, clean apartment, we felt like home, but under the Floridian sun! Our lovely host Henry was uncomplicated, always quick answering and very nice! Everything was well prepared for our stay, payment was easy, so holiday overall was simply perfect! Thanks a lot, we’ll return for sure!

Great family rental

This is a wonderful rental in a nice quiet family neighborhood. Walking distance to a Publix and Applebees. About 15 minutes from the beaches on Anna Maria Island, Coquina beach is my favorite. The rental was well equipped with everything that we needed for cooking our meals, linens, beach stuff, and great TV selections. We absolutely loved this rental and would definitely stay here again.

Great experience!

Thoroughly enjoyed our visit to this property. With the Covid 19 virus looming and shutting things down in Florida while we were there, Henry and Kay were easy to deal with and very attentive to our needs. I highly recommend this property and owners if you're looking for a place to stay in Florida! A big 5 stars all the way around.

Happy Getaway

The condo was in a perfect location for us. We had plenty of room to spread out. We loved the lanai and spent a lot time there. The kitchen and baths were well equipped with anything you might need. We had a wonderful 4 weeks there in sunshine, peace and quiet. We would definately go back.

Flew in from Switzerland, it is a very nice condo and its in a very nice neighbourhood and in a great spot if you wanted to go to the beach or go to restaurants! And the hosts were amazing and very kind and very helpful! Highly recommend coming here, and hopefully one day we can come back here! :)

Excellent accommodation March 2019

My friend and I stayed in this unit for 2 weeks. We found it to be very comfortable, spacious, loved the lunai, a great functional kitchen. We loved sitting in the lunai in the morning with our coffee. Lots of birds, scenery to enjoy. Loved the choice of 2 pools, yet close to restaurants, shopping and of course the gulf. The owners answered our queries very quickly when we asked questions. We shall certainly recommend this unit and also hopefully shall be able to return.

Shore Walk Condo

What we liked was the location,floor plan, overall condition.When you are on the 2nd story you get the benefit of higher ceilings ,more spacious atmosphere.Kitchen was nice size and functional.The second bedroom has two twin beds which we would describe as needing to be replaced, noisy and not giving good support.The main bedroom with king bed was much better.Our stay was 11 days in January 2024

Kay & I are from England. Although we have not been coming to Florida for long (approaching two years) we fell in love with the gulf coast, it's relaxed way of life, the beautiful beaches, the wildlife, the food - and of course the climate - it's fantastic.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

Why did we purchase this specific condo? Well we introduced to Shorewalk by some friends who have been staying there on and off for 20 years, it's a well run, well maintained environment and we loved it from our first stay. So when the opportunity came about to buy one ourselves we jumped feet first.

We have made it into a relaxing and pleasant home and will continue to maintain it to a high standard. We want our guests to be as comfortable staying in it, as we are.

Since we purchased just over 6 years ago we have refurbished the two bathrooms, and the kitchen, as well as replacing the living room furniture and all of the TV's.

Any suggestions will be welcomed.

Our condo is a great place to spend a fun and relaxing family vacation, or use for an extended stay. It's in the ideal spot and offers something for everyone to enjoy every day.

We purchased the condo in Dec 2016 and will be using it ourselves regularly. We have made the condo into a home away from home for ourselves and hopefully that suits all tastes.

Hopefully like us you will become repeat visitors. During your stay please let us or our property manager know should anything be amiss or if you believe we are missing something vital.
