Excellent house located super close to downtown Indy. I was in town with my family of 4 for a vball tournament at the convention center. Everything was perfect - very clean house, perfectly stocked kitchen with plenty of dishes, soap, paper towels, ect. House smelled so good. Excellent host and perfectly described in the listing. Do not hesitate to book this house for your family stay in Indy. FIVE STARS!!

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

We chose this location because we love the history and character of near downtown Indianapolis. These neighborhoods have roots going back to the city’s industrial golden age, and we’re excited to be a small part of bringing that vibrancy back to life while preserving the charm and history that make the area special. We also love that it puts guests so close to downtown, stadiums, restaurants, and major events.

この宿泊施設の特徴

What makes the property unique is that it feels like home while still being so close to downtown Indianapolis. Guests often tell us the space feels warm, welcoming, and thoughtfully prepared for their stay, which is exactly what we hope for. It gives you the comfort of a home with easy access to downtown, stadiums, restaurants, events, and major venues.
