Kick on the central A/C. Our place will help you feel comfortable and at home while you're traveling in Montrose. A few minutes walk to Riverbottom Park and the bike paths along the Uncompahgre River. Ample off-street parking area on site for trailers, etc.
A short one-hour drive to Telluride gets you to the slopes, while saving you hundreds per night for accommodations.

We stayed in Montrose for our first time after spending a week with our kids in Ouray at another VRBO. Our return flight was out of Montrose. It is a small town with a neighborly feel, not as touristy (even had my favorite big box stores).

Clean place! Provides towels, lotion, shampoo, and conditioner. Have the essentials for the kitchen and laundry. Location is behind a high school stadium, at the time there was a game playing. You can hear from outside but inside it’s fine. TV drowns it out. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

We had such a wonderful stay at this charming home! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated it was. The attention to detail—from the comfortable furnishings to the thoughtful amenities—made our visit extra special.The location was perfect: peaceful and quiet, yet close to everything (restaurants, groceries, Black Canyon National Park). Our host was incredibly kind and responsive. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for memorable escape.

Great clean place

It was perfect for our family. Kitchen and laundry was stocked. Comfortable beds with blackout curtains in bedrooms. Bathroom had supplies and clean.

Very nice home.

Plenty of room for 4 people. Very clean. Beds comfortable but couch was a tidge uncomfortable. Would stay here again.
