Great home and great host. Location was centrally located providing easy access to The Strip, Fremont Street, and Allegiant Stadium. Look forward to coming back.

Lovely home a short distance from Las Vegas Strip

This place was excellent, as a group of friends looking for a quiet place away from the liveliness of the strip this was perfect, with a private back porch area with a pool. Everything was well thought out and things like towels, hairdryer and shampoos provided for our stay, the pool cleaner also visited at the beginning of our stay to make sure the pool was fit for use :) we’d absolutely stay here again!

Enjoyed our stay. Host was responsive. Clean house. Convenient location. Was pretty quiet other than a neighbor with a motorcycle. I would book it again.

Nice place off strip

Nice place. Quiet neighborhood, clean , safe school nearby. Good value. Could use a few updates in general mostly exterior but worth the stay. I would recommend it.

Home Away From Home

Our famiky spent an enjoyable time at this property. It was in a quiet neighborhood, the kitchen was well stocked and their was ample room for our large family. The host was responsive and easy to communicate with. I recommend thos home to other families.

Great place to stay

We stayed here with our adult/teenage kids for a short trip to see the Mat Franco show, walk the strip, and do some hiking. All the kids/couples had their own room and there was a nice place for us to gather. The home is in a quiet neighborhood, but close to the strip. The house had plenty of everything we needed. This was so much better and more cost effective then getting two hotel rooms.

Great pool, clean home, great neighborhood

Me and my best friend of 45 years stayed here and relaxed, swam, watched movies, ordered in and just had the most wonderful stress free mini vacation. The house is very clean and well stocked with towels, great kitchen. Stay here. You won’t be sorry.

Vegas with Kids

The house was clean and check in was easy. Location was totally fine. The kitchen has minimal supplies (ex: one cutting board and no measuring cup). Grill was spotless! We sent some concerns around a very loose hot water tap and dishwasher not attached to cabinet to the contact so hopefully those get addressed. Otherwise totally adequate.

Enjoyed our stay

We were looking for a place close to the strip that had enough room for 3 adults. This home had what we needed. It's in a quiet neighborhood but know it has school traffic twice a day as it's less than a block from a middle school. The traffic is pretty quiet though so no problems sleeping in. The home itself is older but has been much improved. The bedrooms are mostly comfortable but with tile throughout, sound carries. The kitchen, dining and living rooms are all comfortable and have the basics. We did have to search but found the washer, dryer in a shed out the side door and both worked well (bring your own supplies). It was late November so we dis not use the outdoor facilities although we did see the pool cleaner twice. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much and would stay here again.

Nice, cozy home close to the strip and Chinatown

My partner and I stayed here for a few days for some downtime and to work remote before we had to go to the strip for his work. The home was clean, cozy and spacious for us. A few things to know: 1) there is a Ring camera in the backyard. It is described in the listing, but stating again bc it does feel a bit uncomfortable. 2) there is no pool heater. It was 100 degrees outside and the pool was very cold. It was fine to jump in and out of the water, but know there's no pool heater. 3) if you are there to work remote, there isn't necessarily a work space/desk area. We made do with the kitchen table. Not dealbreakers for us - we would stay here again.

pool flop

we went into the app and applied we wanted a smoking property. There was a big sign as soon as we walked in saying smoking had to be done 15 feet from the house. We picked that property because we wanted to enjoy the pool amenity. It was dirty. By the time we were able to speak with the owner it was 4 hours later and we just choose to cancel the reservation because she couldn't guarantee someone could come clean it. It was also revealed there were cameras watching us. Also creepy.

Wonderful Experience!!!

This house was PERFECT for our family getaway ! It was even more Beautiful in person. Cozy, clean, pool is a great size, kitchen well stocked, I forgot to bring towels...no problem she had plenty clean towels for us to use. When I needed to communicate with Valerie she replied right away. Even had a repair man to fix dryer but asked if it was ok...that was nice. 🤗Overall I loved it!! We loved it! I will definitely tell my friends to rent when in Vegas and we will definitely want to return. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home wirh Us 👍🤗
