The home is super clean and had everything we needed for a family of 5. Host was quick to respond when we needed something.

The location is convenient to downtown, which has a nice variety of interesting shops and places to explore. The property served our needs well as an alternative to staying in a hotel. During our stay, the host was having some difficulty getting pest control out to service the property, and the neighborhood could be fairly loud at times. Overall, it worked for what we needed, though we viewed it more as a practical place to stay rather than a vacation destination.

The property was very nice and very clean. We travel with our German shepherd and it was very comfortable for him including having a very nice fenced in yard. Our host was very responsive and communicated well. Location is very close to downtown monroe for all the cute shops and restaurants.

House was clean!! Beds were comfy!! Loved the pet friendly touches even though we didn't utilize them! We were not able to utilize much of the house as we were only there for a short period of time and spent most of the time with friends. I would stay here again!

Host was good with communication and was generous with pet policy (we had 3 cats). In unexpectedly cold weather for the region, he offered space heaters and alternatives if power went out. House was a good size for our needs and easy to find. There was some loud music next door several evenings, but neighbors nodded and said hello if we passed them.

Cute & Comfortable

It was perfect! We didn’t really get to stay to enjoy the area. It was a quick trip in and out to pick up furniture. But, it was a nice place to shower and sleep. I definitely recommend it!

Do NOT rent this place. The host reached out to me on the very day i was to check in to tell me about a safety concern with the floor and then when i expressed concern about staying there refused to let me out of the reservation and to give me a credit. Just trust me, don’t stay there.

The home had everything we needed for us!! However, we had to call the police the first night we were there because we heard a gunshot. There were also a couple of houses or cars nearby where there were people playing music really loudly. If I wouldn’t have had other male family members staying with my kids and me, I wouldn’t have felt safe staying there alone. It would have also been nice to have a few more clean washcloths available.

Weekend

Place was clean. Grass needed to be cut and the floors were badly un level with soft spots. Tv in bedroom did not connect to service the entire weekend. Spoke to the owner and he did not help with it. Just said that it worked.
