Escape the noise and create lasting memories with your loved ones in our quaint Florida home. We've created a comfortable, cozy atmosphere for relaxing and reconnecting, but please note that this is not a luxury hotel experience.
Our backyard pool is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the Florida sun! For everyone's safety, especially children, we have a few important rules:
Swim at your own risk: There is no lifeguard on duty.
Adult supervision is required: Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when in or near the pool area. Please do not leave anyone unattended.
No diving: The pool is not deep enough for diving.
Be mindful of wet surfaces: Please do not run on the pool deck, as it can be slippery when wet.
No glass containers in the pool area.
This is a peaceful community, and disruptive parties or loud events are strictly prohibited. Respecting our neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum will ensure a pleasant stay for everyone. We invite you to sit back, relax, and soak up the Florida sunshine while you're here!"

Excellent location in downtown high springs. Lots of space for adults and kids - pool area is great. Easy check in and checkout. We were there for a funeral and the ease of everything was really nice. Thank you.

This is a great house. We really enjoyed our few days here. There was plenty of room for our group of 8 and we really loved that linens and towels were provided. The Host was quick to respond to any questions. Thank you for a great stay.

Perfect, quiet location with a lot of space

This property is beautiful, located in a quiet neighborhood and very well set up for a family needing multiple bedrooms. Everything was very clean and so nicely decorated - it definitely felt like a home-away-from-home, with a pool as an extra bonus! The property manager was wonderful in responding to all questions and requests. We hope to rent this property again - it was perfect for our needs!

The pool Hideaway!

Check in was a breeze, I love that we get a code to check in and don’t have to worry about keys or stopping by other areas to check in. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need for home cooked meals. We used the charcoal grill for steaks and hamburgers. The beds were comfy, plenty of bathrooms and tons of extra linen plus pool towels. The pool is fabulous with floats and many chairs and loungers. The pool is obviously professionally cleaned and maintained. The pool is also covered so no leaves or debris gets in it. The pool is large and deep enough to swim laps. There is also a covered area around the pool, a bar, grill, sink and outdoor bathroom. There is plenty of parking along with a 2 car garage. We vacation every year near the springs and this is where I want to stay from now on. Highly recommended 5 stars

Plenty of parking for 6-8 vehicles. With two in the garage. The house was very clean and had some basic needs materials like dish soap, laundry and dishwasher detergents, sll if the appliances worked well and it had a 75" Smart Tv with access to many channels and aps. Wifi and front door electronic lock worked very well. Beds were a little firm but you had 10 sleeping accommodations. Bath's were clean and the water hot! The icemaker worked well and the filtered water dispenser on hhe sink made getting water for the icemaker very convient. We were attending a funeral so location was a big positive. Being near the downtown area was nice and several restaurants and a Winn Dixie food store were close by.The only issue we had were there weren't enough blankets in the linen closet as the temperature was begining to cool down as winter was approaching. The heater and AC worked well. It was too cool to try the pool, but it was beautiful, screened in and clean. Also we had several lights burned out and the bathrooms needed night lights to see around as the house was new to us. As this was not a vacation we didn't try any of the local natural beauties, but because I'm originally from this area, I already knew them well. Thus was our first VRBO this place convinced us that especially when you need more sleeping arrangements and want to feel at home rather that renting multiple hotel rooms, chose a place like this one and you'll enjoy travelling or vacationing much more.
