NO beach towels with a beach rental? No beach chairs. Master toilet seemed off balance (base was not typical). Beds and pillows were comfortable. Lots of closet space and bureau space. Very close to many good restaurants.

Great Newly Remodeled Condo on the Beachside

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great condo. Newly remodeled and a great view on a huge private deck. Short walk through the sand to the beach on the uncrowded side of Sandpiper's beach. Also a short walk to Rick's Sandtrap for a great lunch. Parking was ideal and parked in the same spot the entire trip. I also like the way we had a view of my Truck out front, Gulfshore drive and the ocean. No keys to worry about and everyone we encountered were Friendly. No worries.

Great location

Property was clean and ready , a little musty smelling but tolerable, further from beach than expected but not deal breaker just the furthest unit. After all the fees the pricing was a little steep but I knew what I signed up for so that was on me just they show one nightly Prince and then after all the fees it’s way more

Birthday trip

Me, daughter, and partner came in July to celebrate a birthday. Love the location. It is close to all of our favorite restaurants and non beach activities and needs. The view from the balcony was lovely. The condo was very clean. The front door was challenging to open. The AC struggled to keep the bed rooms cool, but the living room and kitchen were quite cool. The WiFi password given at checkin was not correct, but we found the correct one on the bottom of the modem (I had seen other comments about this and the AC and door in reviews that came before mine). It was still a great place to stay and we enjoyed ourselves very much. Would definitely stay again.

I must have missed where it said we needed to bring our own beach towels. Door was a wee bit hard to open as were the back doors. I thought I had the wrong code at first but you just had to be throw a little weight into it. Wi-fi username and password were incorrect. We were finally able to log on using the info on the back of the router. Office had the incorrect info. One of the women in the office was great and friendly. The other women, not so much. The spare bedroom air conditioner vent wasn't quite sufficient, so we had to keep the door open or it got really hot. The spare bathroom fan was not working or barely worked. Otherwise, everything was great and clean.

Issue with a broken appliance was not disclosed before check-in

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Only after washing a load of clothing on our first evening did we learn that the dryer in this unit was not functioning. When I reported the issue to the office, per property management guidelines, we were informed that this was a known issue and that the dryer would be replaced later in the week. After I hung up the phone, my husband and I discussed how this impacted our vacation. First, a functioning dryer in the unit is a necessity for a family of four, including two young children. We packed only enough clothing for this trip because we were expecting functioning washer and dryer appliances, as per the rental agreement and description. Later in the week, we missed a call from the main office. They called to inform us that the dryer would be installed that day and then gave us a four-hour window for which the delivery company would arrive to install the dryer. We didn't plan to stay in the condo that day because we wanted to see other parts of the area. I mention this because we assumed someone from the company (the owner, a staffer, etc.) would take care of the delivery and installation since we are renting the unit in the short term. Instead, we got back to the condo that evening and found that the delivery company did not install the dryer because no one was at the condo to meet them. Am I out of my mind to think this isn't the renter's responsibility? Were we supposed to stay at the condo on Thursday for the four-hour window and not go anywhere until the company arrived and installed the dryer? That's potentially a four-hour wait and then an hour or so to install the unit. We're paying for this condo rental for a vacation - not to babysit their offseason repairs.We received no partial refund or adjustment because: "TVs, appliances, and A/Cs [...] are not guaranteed. Repairs will be made as soon as possible; however, failures do not guarantee refunds of adjustments."I will look elsewhere for

Need updates

Location good but the property that we stayed in the starirs was flooded. A storm came threw and I messaged the renter and was told nothing can be done about it. We where on 2nd floor and the stairs are not built correctly and I almost fell. Advertisement said the stay came with 2chairs and umbrella and did not I paid everyday for the chairs and umbrella, even though we had ocean front room. Bathrooms definitely need new shower rods, facucets, shower head and curtains. Location was great.

Clean and Nice Place

We loved the mirror wall in the living area, this rental is on the second floor, the trek with luggage and ice chests can be taxing but I’d stay here again for sure!

Reviewer Comments: Over the last 18 years, we have stayed in 5 different Sandpiper Cove condos; this one was the most disappointing & we wouldn't stay here again. For $3K/week (in Sept!), we wouldn't expect these kinds of issues (in no particular order): 1.NOT VERY CLEAN; 2.Slats missing in vertical blinds in LR; 3.Couches are old & very worn; 4. A/C doesn't work well; 5.Sink stopped up in master bathroom; 6.Cheap towels; 7.ONLY 3 regular knives in kitchen drawer! Also, the woman in the rental office was very unfriendly!
