Unobstructed Gulf views and wraparound balcony await you in this beautifully decorated corner unit at Grand Caribbean East (Unit 301), just steps from Crystal Beach via the new Tarpon Beach Park access with pavilions, showers, and restrooms.

Be among the first guests to enjoy this newly updated condo, featuring a spacious outdoor seating and dining area perfect for relaxing or entertaining. Inside, you'll find a bright, open living space with two sets of French doors, a large flatscreen Smart TV (cable and WIFI included), and comfortable seating throughout.

The condo offers two inviting bedrooms - one with a king bed and the other with two queen beds - making it ideal for families or couples. The fully stocked kitchen includes a brand new stove and refrigerator so dining in is easy and enjoyable.

Step outside to enjoy resort-style amenities, including a well-maintained gated and heated swimming pool and hot tub, plus BBQ grills conveniently located poolside with picnic tables. Beach chairs, beach toys and pack-and-play are provided for your convenience.

Located in the heart of Destin, you're minutes from shopping, dining and entertainment, including Publix, Whole Foods, Fresh Market, Bass Pro Shops, Marshalls, Homegoods, Barnes and Noble, and Destin Commons. Despite the central location, the area remains peaceful and quiet - right across the street from the beach on Scenic Highway 98.

This condo was the perfect distance to the beach, had pool access, and the kitchen was fully stocked. It was on the third floor without an elevator but the wrap around balcony and corner unit made it worth it! Would definitely recommend staying here!

This condo was absolutely beautiful. My guest and I loved all the decor and attention to detail. This place was very clean and well stocked with the essentials. It was just right across from the beach with a beautiful view. We loved the wrap around patio. The beach chairs were a nice touch that made for a nice relaxing evening on the beach.

The property was clean and had everything that we needed for our stay, including beach chairs, umbrellas, and boogie boards. There was plenty of inside and outside space for our family of four, and we enjoyed the balcony overlooking the beach. The host was prompt in addressing the one small issue that we had. We would definitely book here again.

Everything was perfect . The rooms were clean, the location was great! The place was great. We enjoyed the pool, we grilled out one evening, we didn’t want to leave. Only thing (which doesn’t matter to me) this is on the third floor no elevators so keep that in mind. Hoping to get to stay again

This place was genuinely the perfect place to stay! It was convenient, clean, absolutely beautiful & all around we had a great experience staying here! You really never know what you're going to get and pictures can be deceiving, but this place looks EXACTLY like the photos and we will be using it as our go to for now on. An exquisitely clean and comfortable home away from home with a great view of the Gulf of America made our vacation awesome! Comfortable beds, plenty of space, great location close to shopping and super easy access to the beach can easily be checked off your “everything in one” list! I had all 5 star reviews in Maui and am looking forward to reviews here to build my premier host status in Destin. The white quartz sand beaches with miles of beaches drew me to this area.

I absolutely love the sugar-white sand and beach access here in my new spacious condo. The views are spectacular and I love walking on the beach several times a day. I watch the sunset on the beach every night.

What makes my property stand out is the closeness to the beach as well as the view. The wrap around balcony makes this top floor corner unit the best in the building. The condo itself is comfortable and beautiful with everything you will need to feel right at home.
