Welcome to 623 Double Eagle, also known as 'Captain's Quarters', nestled under the live oaks and palm trees, close to the private beaches of Seabrook Island, near Kiawah, and just a short, scenic drive to downtown Charleston, SC. You can have the best of it all at this charming 2-bedroom updated villa with a spacious, cozy sunroom, - perfect for unwinding and taking in the natural beauty of the island. The owners of this villa have thought of everything to make your stay memorable. The owners have chosen to offer amenity cards included with your stay. - the cards that offer access to the Seabrook Island Club's amenities included with your stay. This is a savings of $50 a day or hundreds per week. The cards offer access to the Seabrook Island beach club and its two fabulous oceanfront pools, golf, tennis, and club dining. (Incidental fees for rounds of golf, court usage, dining, etc apply).
Located on the 8th hole of the acclaimed Ocean Winds Golf Course, this inviting property is both centrally located on the island and set on a quiet street.
The open floor plan of this villa offers guests a large great room area with vaulted ceilings, windows offering natural light, ample seating, a 65 inch large screen, smart TV, and access to the large sunroom, A large dining table with seating for six is ideal for both dining and board game night.
The sunroom is one of our favorite places in this spacious villa. With three walls of long windows, the sunroom offers guests plush seating, a 55 inch smart TV, a sofa bed, and a desk area where guests can work remotely. It is ideal for watching the golfer's tee off, watching family movies on a rainy afternoon, and enjoying a cocktail at sunset. It is not uncommon to see a family of deer or even a blue heron walk by.
Back inside the villa, the updated kitchen guests will find everything they need for cooking, baking, and serving. has been thoroughly renovated and is fully stocked. A stacked washer and dryer is located in the villa for the convenience of our guests making back from the beach a breeze,
The Master Suite offers a plush king bed with a new Memory Foam mattress, smart TV and it's own private bath. In the primary bath is a single sink vanity and tub/shower combo. The guest bedroom offers two full beds with new Memory Foam mattresses and a Smart TV. This guest bedroom has access to the full hall bath. The hall bath features a single sink vanity and walk-in shower. Both bathrooms have blow dryers for your convenience.
The villa offers strong WIFI. Smoke detectors, a carbon monoxide detector, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit can be found within the villa, as guest safety and peace of mind are always a priority. Cleanliness is a Hallmark of our service and we adhere to the most stringent cleaning practices. All bed coverings are laundered prior to each guest stay, as well.

LINENS, TOWELS, & STARTER-KIT OF SUPPLIES: Included in this rental, for the convenience of our guests, are white linens and a selection of bath and hand towels, as well as washcloths. A starter set of hand soaps, bath soaps, shampoo, toilet tissue, paper towels, laundry detergent, dish detergent, dish soap, a kitchen sponge, and kitchen towels are included. Guests staying for an extended stay may need to purchase or bring additional supplies. Beach towels are not included (although towel service is available at the Beach Club.)
WASHER & DRYER: A washer and dryer are located in the unit for your convenience. Should you require wash n fold service, please let us know.
AMENITY CARDS: Amenity cards offer exclusive access to the Seabrook Island beach club, dining club, tennis and award-winning golf. Without this card, access is prohibited. Amenity Cards are INCLUDED with this rental (a $50 day savings). Guests also have complimentary access to the uncrowded and private beaches, equestrian center, and the outdoor Lakehouse pool. The fitness center is accessible for a daily fee of $16 per guest. Whether you are fishing, crabbing, biking, kayaking, or shopping, there is something for everyone. Beginning January 1, 2025, pre-order forms will be mandatory for all guests wishing to use the outdoor Lakehouse pool. Please ensure that your completed form is submitted to the amenity office at least two weeks prior to your arrival to avoid a $10 late fee. Due to the volume of requests and the card preparation process, the office is now unable to accept information over the phone.
ISLAND ACCESS & PARKING: As the island is a gated, private island, each vehicle entering the island will require a gate pass for island access. Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has now started charging a gate pass fee per vehicle. This property has a limit of 2 vehicle passes. This $45 fee per vehicle applies to guests staying 1 night – 179 nights. Our rental agency is responsible for collecting the fee. Gate pass name information for each car is due one week prior to your arrival. For each pass, a driver's name must be provided. Drivers may be required to show a valid Driver's license when at the gate. Once a vehicle has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive that vehicle. LSV vehicles (low speed golf carts) must be gas powered and require a pass. The LSV pass counts as a vehicle towards the total vehicles permitted at the villa.
CHECK IN: For our guest's convenience, we offer a prompt, self check-in process. Guests will directly check-in at the property with a code for the keypad on the door. We, however, are always a phone call or text away. We offer as much assistance with check-in process as needed. Our office is available to answer questions

Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no further liability with respect to the Reservation. Please note that if there is inclement weather in the other 49 states, prohibiting the traveler (or guests in traveler's group) from getting to Charleston, a refund will not be issued and, Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no liability with respect to the Reservation. During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance.
POLICY ON SMOKING: No smoking please. Violators will be fined for in-home smoke damages.
